SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bend

Our room was Spring fresh. Very very clean. Plenty of towels and warm blankets. The free breakfast was very tasty and plenty of everything.

The property was very nice, and very conveniently located. I did not like that I had to pay $20 extra, to park on the hotel property.

The property was clean, comfortable, and easy to get around from. The staff were all incredibly friendly as well. I'd gladly stay again

This place was amazing. Easily walkable to all shopping, food and any other adventures one would want. Mutiple options for every type of person to enjoy their stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I came up to Bend for a Memorial Service. We were very pleased with this Hotel. Friendly staff, It was clean, comfortable, breakfast was good. Nice amenities, and staff kept everything well stocked. A great place to stay.

Loved this hotel. Very pretty , clean , comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful Walls are a bit thin so hallway noise is a little loud but white noise app on my phone was enough to drown it out Would definitely stay here again

Nice and clean. The rooms have a nice design/aesthetic. It's just a short walk to the Old Mill area or to the restaurants and bars directly across the street at the old Box Factory. My only recommendation would be to have more than one coat hook in the room (especially in Bend, OR).

The lighting was very poor in our room.

Overall good experience. Breakfast could have been better with more choices.

My college age daughter and I came to Bend for the weekend after Christmas for some R&R and Springhill Suites was perfect and beautifully appointed. We had a spacious double queen room with very comfortable beds and one of the best showers I’ve had ever—large glassed-in shower with great water pressure. Best of all, it was a quick walk to the shops and restaurants in the Old Mill District, a 5-minute drive to downtown, and we had a blast exploring. We ate great Thai food at Wild Rose and had a delicious farm to table meal at the Drake. The very kind woman at the front desk recommended Strictly Organic Coffee across the street from the hotel and it was great—good strong coffee and they even offer some GF breakfast items! All in all I highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

The staff was so helpful and friendly!

Our room 209 reaked of mold, the bathroom wall was peeling. Our tv would not work properly, reached out to staff, they didnt want to move us. the tv was hit and miss. (We have kids)

Close to the Old Mill shipping district and to downtown Bend. Love the location!

We were greeted by name by the most lovely woman. She was so warm and kind to my kids, even giving them little goodies before we went to our room. The hotel was beautiful and clean and smelled so nice.

Some great things - location, newish, good rate (off-season). However, there are also some things that will keep me from going back. Advertised as a "suite" our room was clearly just a hotel room. Loud barn door on the bathroom and a very loud HVAC running all night. Also charged me $20 to park which would be fine except that it was pretty sneaky the way they did it. The bar is very pedestrian with uncomfortable cheap steel chairs/barstools and a "cafeteria" feel. So overall, it's a dressed up Motel 6 in a great location.
