Nice location

We stayed here after a day at Hershey Park. The restaurant nearby was great and it was perfect for us to relax and crash after a long day. We’ll be staying here again.

Needs a little maintance inside the rooms, like new handles on the shower door. But i can't complain, its a really nice hotel!

When we got to the hotel the room we booked was not available. They gave us another room but did not adjust the price. When we got to the room the air was broken. Called down to the Front desk said there was nothing they could do. Horrible night - no one could sleep! Would have been better off sleeping in our car.

Many of the hotels in the area are nowhere near as nice or clean. I wasnt thrilled on the price.. but thats everything anymore.

Hotel was very clean and quiet on a weekday evening. Room (one king size bed) was very neat and clean. Maintenance issue with exterior doors other than main entrance didn’t allow for re-entry through those doors. Difficult to regulate a comfortable temperature with the room layout. Very uncomfortable sofa/trundle bed — can’t imagine that the furniture buyer ever actually sat on one before making purchase. Minimal contact at check in. Quick and straightforward. No other contact with hotel staff.

Grwat property. Rooms were soaciaous and good amenities.

Love the size of the room plus two separate bathrooms; with bath and shower and sink in one and sink and toilet in the other making it very convenient to get moving in the morning. Liked having the TV on a swivel stand so ou can watch fro the sitting area or from your bed.

Customer service was good. Food was hot with lots of choices. Pool was out of towels. Pool area needed clean up.

Great time on family vacation. Great location towards all varieties of entertainment.

The desk clerk was friendly and fast. There were signs of wear and tear throughout the room… missing bathroom door handle; dust and grime. Worn upholstery. Chipped/cracked mirrors. Drawers that wouldn’t stay closed. But we really liked the layout of the room and we slept well.

The hotel was pretty nice except there were ants in both bathrooms.

When we checked into our room there were cheerioes on the floor and food smeared on the the couch. I went to the front desk and was given another room which was cleaner, but still had something smeared on the couch. We did not use the couch. The rooms were nice and roomy for our family of 5 but not the cleanest.

This hotel served our purposes for a quick one night stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with two beds, and there was still room for a small sitting area with a couch and desk. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Free breakfast was the typical cereal, bread/toaster, wafflemaker, cooked eggs, and sausage. One thing that was not great was that the furniture in the room seems pretty worn out, our drawers did not all stay closed. Also - the toilet area, (located in the most central part of the room), and the shower and sink area are in two separate enclosures in different spots in the room, and they both just have a sliding door with a frosted panel. This wasn't ideal for having more than one person in the room. Overall though, it met our needs. Its location was convenient for our needs as we were visiting someone who lives nearby, and I understand it's close to the capitol as well. It's also pretty close to the highway, so there's easy access to other parts of the Harrisburg/Hershey area.

Very nice staff and a very well kept and clean hotel. The bed was a little too soft for our liking but that’s just our preference.

This property is not conveniently located for dining. Why was there a fee for parking when the lot was virtually deserted?
