Very nice

Everything was great, except for the $8 parking fee in a lot shared with a gas station and restaurant. I suggest adding the fee to the room rate instead of charging separately for parking in a shared lot. This simple change could improve customer satisfaction.

Clean and convenient

Clean, big and beautiful rooms.

Lovely, quiet, and large room. Bed was comfy. Parking convenient. I really enjoyed sitting with my coffee by the fire in the nice business area.

Good for family

Breakfast in the morning. Pool and hot tub in the evening. Free L2 EV charging. Just hits all the spots. One of our favorite winter vacations.

Rooms are very nice. The layout is well thought out.

The 2 queen bed room was large. It also has a walk-in closet, pull out sofa and a large bathroom. We just stayed here one night before an early morning flight out of Reno-Tahoe airport. Location was super convenient. About 10 minutes from the airport.

Big room - clean - newish.

We stayed here as we visited Mt. Rose for a skiing trip. Great place to stay and not far from Reno downtown.

no Pool towel always, twice i keep asking the staff deliver the towel but it takes time

We were on a ski trip and went to Mt Rose. The Springhill Suite is located right off the mountain, at a very convenience location. The suite has 2 queen beds and a sofa that converts into 2 more full size beds. Our family of 4 with 2 teenage kids fit well into this suite. Hotel was in very new condition. Very clean. It has a fitness room and an indoor pool and spa. Free breakfast was also offered. The only complaint about this stay was the air conditioner being a window unit and it was blowing air directly to the bed next to it. We could not adjust the vent blowing angle and it was either too hot or too cold during sleep for that particular bed. We had to use a chair and blanket to block half of the vent. Otherwise, it is a good hotel and I recommend it to any one coming to Reno, especially for those going to Mt Rose for skiing.

Very nice property will stay again

Great property. Breakfast good, except the scrambled eggs were GROSS. After waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for an employee, ANY EMPLOYEE to make an appearance in the lobby when we first got there, I called the corporate office for assistance in rousing someone to show up. About 10 minutes later, someone emerged from a closed door behind the lobby. By then the lobby was full of guests with questions. How does a hotel just leave the place completely unmonitored for so long? If security is a concern for you, this isn't the place (esp females traveling alone). Never have had anything like that happen. Ever. Room great, but the low flow shower was seemingly slowed to a crawl by scale build up, so I FROZE in there. The toilet was a high volume water waster with a beat up lid. Why have low flow shower head and then waste a ton of toilet water? Bed way too soft, so couldn't sleep. Everything else was great. Stayed here with a sports team. Super easy access to freeway, food, Reno Ice. Short drive to downtown.

Everything was pretty good until the last night i was there. My family and i had left the hotel and when we came back housekeeper had entered our room. They were not requested to and they definitely were not welcome to enter my room without us there. I go to hotels all the time and i have never encountered this. When i asked the front desk they acted like it was my fault for not having the do not disturb sign on my door, which there wasnt one in my room to befin with so there is no way i could avoid this.

Everywhere we travel, I book a hotel with a hot tub. This one was clean, indoor, and just perfect after driving all day! The breakfast was great, and the room was great. Thank you for helping us get through long travel days!
