Love this hotel plus their staff. Everything was clean. Quick and accommodating when in need of anything. Staff was super friendly indoor pool was a plus for the kids. Area/location was perfect, plus it felt safe. If ever we visit Minnesota again will most definitely book at this hotel again

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Since the hotel is located in downtown St. Paul, the only way into the hotel parking lot is by having a guest card. The doors are locked and you can only be let in by the front desk. There are no street parking, so if you are checking in, you will need to park where you can load and unload to go check in to get your guest card key so you can enter the parking garage.
I really like that the hotel has a kids pool, my boys got to spend a few hrs there and wanted to go back, but unfortunately the pool was close on Sunday for maintenance/cleaning.
Breakfast was limited, and I was expecting more options since we had stayed at another SpringHill suite in Ohio and they had a big selection for breakfast.
Overall, our stay was great due to how close it was to the event we were going to.

Nice hotel, in a nice safe area. Very good continental breakfast. The parking was $25 a night which I thought was a little expensive if you’re paying for a room. Overall great stay and would stay there again if I were in the St. Paul area.

Nice quiet and clean in downtown St Paul. My only complaint is that there is a steep charge of $25 to park per night and there were far too many kids in the pool area. I wanted to soak in the hot tub around 10:30pm but there were several young kids jumping around in it. This needs to be better controlled by staff.

This hotel is very nice. Its modern, clean and spacious. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Lots of seating in the lobby and bar area. Pool is spacious and clean. Rooms are big and well kept. Lots of storage. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Within walking distance to Xcel Energy Center, Science Museum of MN, Childrens Museum, lots of restaurants, public parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great for our family with small children. They loved the kids pool.
The room was very clean with comfortable beds and very quiet.
The breakfast had enough variety and choices that everyone could find something good to eat.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast included. Daily parking fee, but covered enclosed parking in Minnesota was worth it. Convenient to main highways, state capital, ....Helpful staff.
