SpringHill Suites Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe

Hotel in good condition, rooms clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast is horrible compared to other SpringHill’s we’ve stayed. Would appear the owner is attempting to conserve profits by offering a limited assortment. Additionally, the area where food is served was very dusty, like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Expedia completely messed up our hotel accommodations. We booked a "Park and Fly" at the Charlotte Hotel. We wanted to park the car on May 11 and fly out the same day. We also wanted to leave our car at the hotel and then spend the night on May 20th when we got back from our vacation. Well, Expedia booked us staying at the hotel on May 11 and then didn't book us at the same hotel when we arrived back (8 hour flight) on the 20th. In fact, they booked us at another hotel where our car was not located. Complete "screw up". I have tried to get my money refunded (we didn't stay at the hotel at all) but can't successfully maneuver their website. Last time I work with them. Will try Travelocity in the future.

It was great. The room was clean. The staff was great. The food was great. Everything was perfect.

Clean suite with comfortable bed and linens. Bathroom was spacious and room must have been recently updated. Only negative to me is that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door and isn’t sound proof. If you’re looking to use the bathroom without your travel companion knowing all of the details, go to the lobby.

I missed the shuttle ( I was late) and so the manager DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT HIMSELF. Best customer service I've ever experienced. And the room was spacious, clean, and lovely. Couldn't be better.

We really like the space and the comfort. Staff nice and friendly. Breakfast is just OK, but good enough. We only stayed over as layover til next day flight. The only thing wrong was that both of us were pretty bitten up in bed. Probably won’t stay here again because of that.
