It was ok

Hot water was out for one of the days. Halls and stairs outside our room had not been vacuumed (for at least 2 weeks from appearance). Room was OK. Service was polite.

Usually I am very pleased staying here. Being that I have stayed here nearly every weekend and then some for almost a year now. Recently so I have not been so happy as there has not been any hot water. Being able to use the shower is the main purpose of my stay at studio 6 so I was pretty unhappy when I called and asked if the hot water was working and I was told it was so I went ahead and booked for three nights only to get there and f

No hot water. Clean room. Easy check in. But no hot water is a huge negative

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER until the morning the following day. There was NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO, and there was old trash in the bins.

Staying here was a worse experience, the warm water was not available during the whole stay and the management didn't care to offer alternatives, specially shower. The front desk staff seemed to be fed up with the owner because and they didn't have any answer or didn't know how they can support the residents. No shower kits, no kittle for warming water were available. the property didn't seem to have been maintained for a long time.

The room was clean but the hotel itself was so dirty and OMG so loud especially at night because of all the people who live there regularly I guess.

The best things about this property are the staff and the fact that they allow pets.

I like this property for short stays while doing business in the area.

Fast and easy, friendly. Although the desk clerk lied to me on the phone and told me there were no availabilities, found one online, plus two people walked in and got seperate rooms right in front of me. So I didn't appreciate that...

Excellent property

This is a decent place to stay when traveling through El Dorado County. Friendly staff and dog friendly. Clean rooms.

Vent was coming down in my room and halls where dirty but nice place to stay

Never would have stayed here if I hadn’t paid in advance and was past refund time. Check in was very strange. There was a coffee machine in lobby for guests. When I asked what time in the morning coffee would be available he said it wouldn’t be because the coffee machine is broken. He Insisted on copy of my companions ID. When I asked why I was told it was company policy. Explained I thought that unusual as I had stayed at this company’s properties many times and even recently and it never required this. Anyhow he insisted, so Went out to car and had my companion come in. When she also commented on this unusual policy was told it’s incase the police have to identify who is supposed to be in the room and the hotel manager required it. Explained we are a couple old ladies and we’re not expecting an encounter with police. Didn’t want to provide me with copy of receipt for deposit saying that it was refundable. It was an unsettling experience I’ve never had before at a check in. Walking the hall we saw obvious damage to a few doors and jams that had been painted and sawdust remained in those doorways from repairs. Appears the doors had been kicked in at some point. When I mentioned it to local family members they apologized for not telling me to stay anywhere but there as it is where local parolees are often housed and it is known as a troubled place

The rooms are spacious and comfortable lots of lighting at night outside

Little noisy in hallways also the heater makes a lot of noise. Liked the microwave and full refrigerator as well as mini kitchen area

The manager and the facility is quite rude pushes doors open on guest they are very nosy they yell at people very rude

I highly recommend this place Clean Room Comfy

A very convenient location when doing business in the area.

This is a very nice updated property. I wish it had a blow dryer and decaf coffee though. Awesome full sized fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Short walk to Safeway, so you can get whatever you need and bring it back. Also right next to Denny's. Will stay again.
