Su Nido Inn

This was an outstanding weekend. Already booked 2 more getaways here.

The location of the Su Nido Inn was perfect for the start of the marathon. It was also very convenient to downtown food and shopping. My only complaint is that the photo on hotels.com showed a bathtub, so I thought I was booking a suite with a tub (a necessity after a marathon). Well the Bluejay suite had no tub, which was a big disappointment. I tried to switch suites, but they were sold out. So next time I would book directly through Su Nido Inn to make sure you know what you are getting.

We stayed here for a birthday vacation. Quaint and private. Loved it.

When we arrived after 8 p.m., the key left for us didn't work. Someone had to come and rescue us. It turned out that they gave us the wrong suite.

Charming, small, convenient inn just a block from shopping and restaurants in downtown Ojai. Lots of nice amenities like free parking, bikes, in room Keurig coffee pods, and sparkling water.

The property was PERFECT for our visit…easy to walk to town (restaurants, wine bars, shops). We are already planning a return trip!!

Great walkable location The hotel courtyard, with umbrella tables and a fountain, was decorated nicely for the holidays. The suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. Where this property falls short is the service. Aside from when I checked in, no one is on staff at the property. If you need something you can call the desk at their other Ojai hotel. Surprisingly, the extra $15 per day "amenity fee" does not include housekeeping service until your third day. I stayed for a weekend(Fr., Sat. checking out Sunday) so was not eligible for having the bed made, trash emptied or bottles of water restocked. You're allowed to use the pool at their other property where the staff actually work, but I didn't bother. When I called staff to ask about the housekeeping, I was told they only clean your room after three days because the staff has to clean the other hotel, so they rotate. Guess hiring more staff or paying overtime is not an option.

What a gorgeous place to stay, right in the heart of Ojai! Fully refreshed and relaxed after a weekend away.

I loved the walkable town of Ojai. Su Nido is perfectly located to do all the fun local activities and is very quiet at the same time. I really enjoyed my stay!

Really sweet little inn with mission style. Roomy accommodations with everything we needed. So convenient to downtown Ojai and all the shops and restaurants it has to offer.

Quiet, easy walk to everything and spacious suites make Su Nido an exceptional place to stay whether you're looking for a tranquil place to retreat or an extended active stay vacation. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely old building. Well maintained. Pricey.

Arrived late (5:30- didn’t seem late to me). No explanation where my key would be - operator did explain where the key would be (late arrival box), but an explanation ahead of time might have been nice. Can’t comment about staff because no one was there my entire 16:00 on the property.

This is my favorite of all the small hotels in Ojai. Best location for walking into town and the rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. It's a gem!

We loved staying at their property while we had a 2 day retreat in Ojai. It was so walkable and convenient. Wish we had more time to take out the complimentary bikes and eat in the courtyard.
