This hotel has had renovations done . My room had new beds, new towels. The room was great! The staff at the hotel were amazing. The front desk representative Christopher Hines was so accommodating. His customer service skills are incredible. Every staff member was very polite. I truly recommend Suburban Studios for your stay. I booked the hotel because it is close to Camp Lejeune. I was able to make a home cooked meal for my marine son. Thank you to everyone that made this a great memorable weekend.

The night manager Chris was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure I had a room, since there was a booking error. The rooms were clean and freshly renovated but still lacking. There were no curtains, only blinds, so light from the building was coming in all night. The bed had a noisy, wobbly frame.

I chose this hotel because it was a reasonable room rate and they were pet friendly. When I arrived with my dog, they explained that there was a $250 deposit for pets which is fair but there is also a $125 pet fee On top of that which is $40 more than I spent on the room itself. When I arrived, the police were pulling somebody out of the room next to ours. The hallways reeked of ammonia. The rooms themselves were not clean and the beds were awful. I asked the front desk for extra pillows and blankets and they said they didn’t have any. When I went back out to my car to grab some things, there were people doing drugs in the parking lot and the whole area felt unsafe. If I knew what I was signing up for, I would’ve just slept in a gas station parking lot in my car.

I stayed here with my baby to visit my husband and there were roaches in my room! Crawling just a few feet away from my baby, on the bec and floor! When i confronted staff, she did not seem very shocked or concerned. Will not be staying again and do not recommend.

I called a reservation agent of the property and informed them that I am arriving late at 4 am. She reassured me that she would contact front desk and put a note on my reservation. I called Front Desk myself 6 times and nobody answered the phone. Once i arrived to the property, I was already charged a no show and they charged me 64$ no show fee
