Staff were very friendly and professional, and I had no issues checking in. The building itself looked as you would expect an older building to look like. The rooms were equipped with functional AC/heat window/wall units. Although all of the appliances worked, my remote had no back, and there were only 2 sad lonely hangers. Outside of the building was clean with sufficient parking. The location was safe, quiet, and convenient with freeway access and restaurants close by.

Why do they give us internet password when internet was constantly say N INTERNET. I attempted to place order of food for an hour and never was able to cc place ordered had go out late in dark and get some food to eat

Cheap and mostly clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and my door took a tof of effort to close.

Had a terrible experience at hotel we had originally booked so made reservations at the last minute. Much better hotel. Shower walls could have been cleaned a little better but not awful. Friendly staff member at check-in and throughout the stay.

I would not stay at this location again. Once inside the hotel, I felt very dirty. The room wasnt much better. The hotel is out dated. I considered leaving right after getting there but i knew I couldnt get my money back so I stayed. The shower was hot but pressure was low. There is mold within the ceiling in the shower. My room was on the 2nd floor close to the door that leads to stairs to go outside and guests were rude when going out that door all night and letting the door slam shut. The wifi barely worked.

Didn't like Nothing about this place, the bathroom shower ceiling had a leak coming from upstairs and the room stunk like smoke which gave me a headache!!!

Room was clean but beds were older. Area around hotel was sketchy and some of the people staying there were also. Breakfast was basic. The best was Pam the front desk person. She did it all and was very accommodating if we asked for anything. For the price would stay here again.

The best thing I can say is my car didn't get broken into and Pamela at the front desk was an absolute sweet heart. The motel itself was in bad shape, but not anywhere near unliveable.

This is easily the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. People selling illegal substances in the parking lot. Banging on the thin walls all night. Water barely worked, shower curtain hanging off the wall, no toilet roll dispenser, light switches not working. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Its a dangerous place/neighborhood and would highly recommend not booking here.

There was continuous odur in the hallway and room. No lamp was working, looked like very old property , Staff was very humble. Elevator was very shaky and slow. I loved the location. All the tourist attraction points were within 15min drive. Property is located at the highway so no city traffic.

Shower curtain rod and toilet paper rold holder fell off wall absolutely no water pressure in shower tub would not hold water and parking was way to tight

Bad odor, ac did not work! It has not been remodeled/ renovated sense it was built! Trash!!!

The rooms—we were moved from the first to the second—were not maintained. The microwave in the second was dangerous and unusable because the inside was melted from a fire, the freezers in both were covered in inch-thick ice, the bathroom fan in one room didn’t work, and was hanging by one corner in the other room, the toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall, half of the lightbulbs were burned out, the mattresses were old and sunken in, the too small, ill-fitting curtain let the light in, and the first room’s door or lock had something wrong with it and I was unable to open the door from either the outside or inside. With much effort, my adult son got it open. The property is next to I-25 and the traffic noise was very loud 24 / 7. Also, sketchy people sat on the sidewalk and in the parking lot smoking and drinking. In its favor, the sheets were clean and we got two fresh bath towels the second day. However, I would not return and would not recommend the hotel to others. This was advertised as a Wyndham hotel, but appeared to be privately owned—which was misleading. I won’t trust Expedia in the future.
