They returned stuff I left in the when I came back hours later to retrieve the forgotten things. Believe or not, i have had stuff disappear/not returned when I was certain I left it in the room. This should be a given, right? Not always the case. I will leave it at that.

We have stayed here many times through Black Friday weekends and they have always been so wonderful. This time we didn’t make it to the border in time due to bad weather and it was up to the hotel whether they gave us our money back and they agreed. I was so grateful and I’ll happily stay there again.

When i arived there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me and if i hadn't pre paid I would have left. The room and property was extremely run down and dirty. I regretted booking this hotel and will never stay again.

I was warmly welcomed by the front desk and given a room in a quiet area of the hotel (there was a high school baseball tram staying at the same time). My room was quiet, and comfortable, I especially liked the soft recliner chair. The tub/shower looked new.

Booked this three days in advance we came in about 7:50. Pm, “long day on the road” 10 minutes before we arriveThey called us said that Expedia had overbooked eight different people now we’re gonna have to look for new hotel. We had to go somewhere else 100 miles away to find another hotel, sad that they overbooked and can’t get a simple task of filling rooms right.
