Horrible, staff was nice but this hotel is a mess!

It was disgusting I felt uncomfortable even staying there. Would like my money back that’s how bad it was.

Really great value. The room is in great condition, especially in the context of value. The staff is help. The parking is convenient. Not in so good neighborhood but you can’t change that.

Beddings has stains on it, vey sketchy looking.

I left my room in good condition, there were used towels because I showered but that was it. No stains, nothing like that, yet they kept my security deposit and didn’t tell me why. I would like my security deposit back please.

Bad beds, room was cleaned only once, hotel is só much old, The parking is good but we have tô do out The street to Entry The hotel, is near tô Hollywood blvd, near Target, Panda, Ross, Marshalls, Wallgreens, but 1 km from famous walk. The breakfast is simple, no milk.

My stay at Super 8 was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Here’s what went wrong: 1. No elevator access: We were assigned a room on the third floor, but the elevator wasn’t working. It was a nightmare with luggage and kids. 2. Broken bathtub: The bathtub in our room was broken, adding to the discomfort. 3. Safety issues: Homeless individuals were roaming in the breakfast area, making my family feel unsafe. 4. Subpar breakfast: The breakfast setup was laughable—plates were so tiny they couldn’t even fit a single slice of bread. 5. Rude staff: When I raised my concerns, the receptionist rudely told me to “check out if you don’t like it.” At 4 a.m., with a family, finding a new hotel wasn’t an option. 6. Dishonesty: When I contacted hotels.com for help, the receptionist outright lied, claiming everything was fine. 7. Disturbing noise: On Friday night, the bar next to the reception blasted music all night, disturbing guests. When I complained, the response was, “Sorry, you have to adjust.” This hotel is poorly managed, unsafe, and unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding it at all costs.

good location not a 3star hotel.

Elevator was out of service so all guests had to lug large suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Limited breakfast supplied

I ordered 2 rooms, and was checked into one. When I asked for the other room, at first they didn't have one, and then they did, on another floor. I was traveling with my elderly husband and handicapped son; it was hard on both to climb stairs.The elevator was not working; one or the other had to climb to the 3d floor. Also, the breakfast food was ... cheap, to say the least. Tang instead of orange juice, a few cheap, somewhat squashed "danishes" and coffee with only powdered whitener instead of any milk or cream, no cereal. Homeless people in the parking area and a couple of giggling girls getting high in the parking space beside us. Still, I've seen worse in THAT neighborhood. It was ok.

Horrible horrible horrible. I dont understand how theres places.like this and specially in Hollywood area. What theres.not.good at least decent hotels in Hollywood.

We got there and the front desk rep was on his cell phone for around 7 minutes until I asked him if we could check in. He gave us keys to a room that was completely undone and dirty so he came upstairs and gave us keys to another bedroom. The elevator was out of service so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs that were creeping quite a bit. The whole property was in disrepair with peeling paint and not upkept. The mattress was hard. The new room was relatively clean.

The breakfast is minimal, which is no big deal for us--coffee, juices, toast, sweet rolls. The parking lot is ample and parking is free, which is a great asset in this busy area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. We were impressed. The steps to access the various floors is old and dirty, but the room made up for it. The heat/AC worked well, and the shower was very good. The fridge also worked well, but we were disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. Adding a microwave would be a welcome upgrade. Target is across the street, Walgreens is on the corner, and several eating places such as Burger King and Panda Express and a 7-11 are five minutes away. Access to the freeway is close and convenient as well. Overall, we found our stay to be very good and would recommend the Super 8/Hollywood.

Dosent worth a penny ! Rooms do not look like pictures on website The bed sheets were dirty and had holes from cigarette buds My room stunk and elevator was broken ! Horrible experience!

Elevator was out of order and we had to use the stairs and the staircase area was smelly and the staircase looked unsafe. Overall not clean and depressing. Not using this hotel again.

On the bright side, we appreciated that the staff allowed us to check into our room early, which was convenient after a long trip. The elevator was broken for the entire duration of our stay, which made it especially inconvenient since we were staying on one of the upper floors. The hotel also advertised breakfast as included, but this turned out to be limited to packaged pastries—hardly what we expected. To make matters worse, there’s a nightclub located in the hotel that played loud music all night. The noise was so loud that it made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. While the location and early check-in were helpful, the lack of basic amenities, subpar breakfast, and constant noise made this stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Quite literally the worst place ever. I swear I body was murdered in this hotel/room. The windows and walls are paper thin. There’s a club literally next to the hotel so you can hear drunk people screaming and coming out the bar, waking you up at 1-3am. Sirens going on all night. Expect to get no sleep. The worst parking lot if you can even call it that ever.

I booked an accessible room. And when I got there there elevator was broken and had been broken for sometime. I could barely climb the three staircases to my room. No other hotels had rooms in the area. Furniture broken in the room,broken lights, TV not working,powdered coffee creamer in the nonexistent breakfast. This hotel is rundown and unsafe. There were lumps in the carpet that you could trip over. This hotel needs to be safety inspected and sanitized. outlets in the bedroom were broken and some gave off electrical sparks. This hotel is a fire hazard and the fire department needs to go there check it out. The one thing that was good was the Parking. I will never stay here, even if it was free. Broken down and dilapidated building.
