The room was clean , shower was great good water pressure.. front desk people were helpful and nice. Only disappointment was breakfast my husband said they had some other people(workers or living there) staying there pig out and was not be considering to other guest staying there. To we ate somewhere else.

I confirmed a pay at the desk.Reservation. I received an email with a reservation number. I was traveling to chicago for a late night.Concert and decided to stay over instead of trying to drive back to northern wisconsin that same night. The concert ended late and and by the time we got to our car, navigated traffic and headed to the hotel, it was well after midnight. I noticed I had five missed calls from an unnamed caller and a few text messages. By the way, my phone was in my purse. And my watch was on DND sitting the concert. In a text message, the hotel advised me that they were canceling my reservation. I had notified them that it would be a late arrival. Unfortunately, I thought that with an email reservation. Whether I had paid ahead of time or or had chosen to pay at the desk meant that I had a room reserved. We arrived at two a m only to find that they were sold out and had given our room away. All the other hotels in that immediate area were also sold out. We ended up sleeping in our car.

Easy and quick check in with friendly staff. Good room and very comfortable bed. Only negatives are the noisy and very inconsiderate other guests. A couple in the next room yelling and cursing each other, barking dogs, and heavy, slamming doors that sound like they are made of solid iron. I'm always amazed and appalled at how some people act in a public facility as if they are at home and not a care in the world for others.

The person working the night shift attempted to break in to our room at 2 A.M. under the guise of needing to confirm we were checked in. Didn't knock, just kept trying a room key and pushing. Thankfully the deadbolt was on. Then he called our room twice when we wouldn't open the door. The mgr was apologetic the next morn when we told him, but our nerves were rattled. We canceled our 2nd night and left.

Never had breakfast no matter what time we went. Only choice was stale biscuits and gravy was always empty. Front desk was always outside smoking. Hallway smelled like weed most days. The people above us were soooo loud yet we had to move rooms because we were loud? When we checked in the comforter had blood n it. They never came to change it so we just used a sheet. The second bed we didn’t use had dirty sheets.
