It was ok other than the handle on the sink does not turn to hot so at 24 degrees its a bit cold. Also only 1 pillow per adult is kind of skimpy.

the a/c did not cool, the fire alarm went off all night, the front desk lady was not there and had to wait in rain, and then she was rude, NO CART FOR LUGGAGE AND THUGS EVERYWHERE JUST HANGING OUT, DOOR WOULDNT LOCK CORRECTLY AND BLINDS WOULDNT CLOSE FOR PRIVACY - LARGE GAPS

Reservation was made for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and handicap accessibility - We arrived around 8:30 pm and the front desk lady said that I did not have a reservation for the above mentioned rooms. I checked my hotels.com reservation information and confirmed that I had made that reservation correctly on my end. She was dismissive and stated that the rooms that she had me in - one was upstairs and the other was a single king room with no handicap accessibility. I asked her why the reservation for the correct rooms was not done and she stated that the other people in the handicap rooms had reservations. My response was so did I - however she had nothing to say - no apologizes - just this is what I have take it or leave it. So when I told her I needed both of those rooms at the very least to be downstairs - she did do that - but absolutely let me know of her irritation in doing so because the rooms had already been assigned. To be clear I did show her the confirmed reservation where it said handicap accessible 2 queen bed rooms - her response the whole time was it did not matter. I wont even start on the credit card charges that was not approved and that she could not do a refund and charge the correct card! Please be aware when staying at this particular Super 8 -

Nice staff but changed me an extra $10 to have an extra 45 mins for late checkout

Could not watch TV because batteries were dead and front desk brought AA batteries which were not correct type and they could not do anything else.

I purchased the jacuzzi suite as a surprise for wife. The jacuzzi was broken. We asked to be moved to a different room, denied. Asked for a partial refund, denied. The bed was so hard my wife could not get comfortable. Avoid at all costs all they want is your money.

I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff and her flexibility on the phone and in person!

Overall was a good stay, only complaint was i needed to leave a day earlier and they still charged me for the 3 nights and refused to adjust the price for 1 less night.

AC was okay but room could have been cooler. N room only had 2 pillows would have been nice if 4 pillows for a couple.

Both of the rooms we went in were moldy smelling and had stains on the floors and furniture. We were not able to stay at the property due to its state. I would NOT recommend this motel.
