Surf Suites

We loved our stay but the only downside would be hearing people above us that were quite loud. Also maybe put black out curtains in the bedroom. Other than that so fun and loved the location

My wife is in a wheelchair. They put us in a room that was perfect. Good view and everything easily accessible. Super nice folks in the office. I would stay there again.

Overall, Surf Suites gets a 5/5. Really, it’s one of the quietest and most relaxing places I have slept. What I liked: Comfortable bed, Oceanfront room (the living room overlooks the water), the balcony/porch, updated kitchen and living area and plenty of closet space. Free parking for the room (this is HUGE). What I didn’t love: Bathroom needs updating, could’ve been a little cleaner. They put me in a ground corner room initially and I had to ask to be moved. They did give me a little pushback, saying I should’ve called for a better room. Things to know: 1. You get one parking spot. They will accommodate a visitor if there is room. Street parking is available but it fills up QUICK. 2. There is coffee in the lobby. Thank you. 3. Sunday’s, across the street, has good coffee, baked goods, a really nice staff and good beers. They have sandwiches that you can microwave on site (skippable… just don’t). TLDR: This is pretty much the perfect beach motel. I wanted to stay longer and I would definitely return.

This is a great property all around. They just need to update the wifi and it will be a perfect stay!

The property and our room had everything we expected. We even had a maintenance need with something we brought for the beach and the staff was able to help us with a solution for that! We will definitely return.

At over $300 a night you'd expect yhat the kitchen woukd be stocked with a simple thing like a cookie sheet or baking dishes. At $300 a night maybe toilt paper that is one step away from sand paper. At over $300 a night how about towels or a bathroom at the pool? Maybe some drinking water out there? For $300 a night how about a welcome bottle of water or forget that, how about just smile? Except for one of the cleaning crew (Kim), the staff has all the charm of Soviet prison guards.

We would stay here again. King bed was comfortable and pull out sofa was enough for our daughter . Quiet- easy to park and access rooms as the property is not Huge. Helpful housekeeping gave new towels etc Kitchen did not have many pots - was ok as we were not planning to cook - would have been somewhat difficult. Al in all - great stay !

Second stay here and just as good as before. Updated rooms, with wonderful beach access. No frills but they do the important things right.

This has been a wonderful place to stay. The suite was clean and very nicely furnished with everything we needed for a perfectly enjoyable vacation. The staff were great and graciously honored our request for a top floor unit; the ocean view was spectacular, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony watching the changing seascape below. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a full kitchen, a generously sized table/workspace, and comfortable couch, chairs, and bed. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience here, and we will definitely be back!

Just perfect getaway-quiet and peaceful with a great restaurant next door and lovely beach area. Can't wait to go back! Suite was spacious and clean and had all I needed.

If you want to surf and like crowd noise, this is the place. Just south of the pier and is filled with surfers. It is a small intimate and nicely, remodeled older hotel. But it is loud due to the activities around it.
