We live in New Orleans and Mobile has always been our favorite place to go when we need a break from the craziness of the French Quarter. The Admiral has been our one and only choice of place to stay when we come for a visit and this time it's been fully renovated and even more spectacular than before. If you're looking for a great hotel that won't break the bank then this is the place to go. Plus it's within walking distance of everything you would want to do in downtown Mobile.

Beautiful hotel. I would definitely return on my next trip to Mobile. You did have to pay for parking. However, the room is a good size and plenty of places to walk to.

Such a cute hotel! Only stayed for one night passing through, but would absolutely recommend. Katie at the front desk was so welcoming and offered great recommendations!

The only downside was valet parking. When we arrived there were no signs as to where to park and no attendant. We parked where it said valet and walked inside the hotel to have an attendant come out with a luggage carrier. Valet parking was $25/night.
We enjoyed the bars that were within walking distance and had a great time.

Very beautifully updated hotel. Fun vibe. Only problem is we got a double queen bedroom and one of the beds was sunken in the middle, pretty sure it must’ve been a bed before the renovation. Did address it with the front desk and they said they would let the mgr. know.
Also Before you go to bed, check your AC vents to make sure they are not blowing directly on your bed and if there is an option to redirect them, ours had no option.Otherwise it’s really a cool place.

Stayed at this hotel a year ago, the stay not memorable, good or bad. I opted to stay again because the location was perfect for an event I was attending. My guest and I were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and fun remodel We ended up booking another night. Desk staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the bathroom vanity mirror/light was very dim which made it difficult to apply make-up.

There was a weird smell in the first room we were assigned. Had to get another one but the staff was cool about it. The color of the walls were weird and the carpet needs cleaning. The location was good is the only other thing I can say.
