Great revamp of an old motel. Rooms are comfy and clean. Great fire pit. Walkable to the town center and other cool areas. Great breakfast restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay while my husband was a patient at a nearby hospital. Very clean, quiet and comfortable, and it was nice to have the option of housekeeping as often as you want/need it. Centrally located for easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks and hospitals.

Great hotel/motel, very cozy, comfortable and great outdoor space. Breakfast was fresh and amazing, well stocked. The location is great, walk to the park or downtown. Will definitely visit again.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and accessible. Grounds were impeccably clean as were the rooms. Retro but super comfortable. Casper mattresses were great! Free breakfast was locally sourced granola, yogurt, fruit and great coffee! Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

It’s cute, lack of parking, the one staff member I extracted with was nice, no carpet so the floors are cold, everything worked as expected and the shower was extra nice with a rain shower head.

I liked the funky decor but the concrete floor was very cold, and only a tiny rug on one side of the bed. They advertise a 'continental breakfast' but it was only yogurt and granola, apples and oranges. I was unable to eat that. A continental breakfast should include pastries or something. We like to eat prior to getting back on the road, so this was inconvenient and misleading. Bed was very comfortable though.

The service was very nice and the room was cute. The bed was on shelving and not a box spring so it was not very comfortable. We didn’t have any rugs in the room so the floor was a bit cold but not a deal breaker. The breakfast that was included was yogurt and an orange. Everything else was clean and exactly as expected. We walked to Russian River Brewery and it was close enough to not have to call an Uber or a cab.

The people who helped us were amazing, and room was so well done. We are familiar with these kinds of converted Motels and sometimes they will round the corners. That was not the case at Astro. Everything feels new and/or perfectly restored. My first time in Santa Rosa but if I ever come back I'm staying here!

Wonderful little gem in downtown Santa Rosa. The customer service was impeccable, made you feel like walking into a mom and pop shop. Don’t know if I plan on returning to Santa Rosa anytime soon, if I do, I will definitely stay here!

I love the Beatnik flavor. The gardens, the unique way that the entire hotel is decorated, has been done with much thought, toward comforting the guests!
