Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location for walking to downtown, Lithia Park, shops, restaurants and, of course, the theaters. They even had an ev charger for our car, but after we charged it, we parked it and didn’t drive for the next 3 days.

This place is clean and well kept, but very basic. Think motel… parking in front, plastic-like bed covers, very loud window a/c unit, but at least it worked well! Ashland rooms are expensive for what you get!

This is our second time staying here and both times have been great. Friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. It’s just a few minutes walk from several restaurants and if you’re here for the Shakespeare Festival, just a 6-8 minute walk to the theaters.

Bard is convenient to downtown restaurants and theater. Staff was great. Only issue was water tap in our room was reversed. Plumbers need to do better!
