The Chatwal made our fantasy weekend in NYC even more fantastical. Perfect location. Lovely lobby and bar. Gorgeous room with motorized drapes, a Full Service Toilet(!) and a big shower. If you can splurge, this is the hotel to book.

This is my second stay at this property and I will continue to return due to the top-notch service and super convenient location. Everyone from doormen to front desk are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of everything being in Times Square, but you wouldn’t know it from inside the hotel where it’s safe, quiet and calm.

Wow!! What an amazing hotel!! Perfect location for shopping and access to Central Park. Staff was amazing. On-site restaurant vibe was cozy and romantic, and the food was phenomenal. They went above and beyond and made this trip memorable!! I used to live in NYC and I would absolutely stay here again. Boutique hotel - not too big - not too small - over the top luxury!!
