When I first researched the hotel associated with your email, I was quite impressed by the positive reviews and appealing information I found. However, upon my arrival, the experience took a disappointing turn. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, as I prefer to focus on the positive, but the glowing reviews I read were the very reason I chose this hotel. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were immediately hit by a heavy cloud of marijuana smoke, which was quite off-putting. Then, while checking in, the receptionist informed me about an additional deposit requirement: $50 for credit card transactions and $150 for cash payments. In hindsight, I should have taken this as a warning sign of what was to come. The room itself was reasonably nice at first glance, but I quickly encountered several issues. The hotel phone was inoperative, leaving me unable to contact the front desk or request assistance. Additionally, I found that the light switch on the left side of the bed did not work, nor did the electrical outlets in that area. The wall lamp similarly failed to illuminate. It was evident that this hotel had once been a beautiful and luxurious venue, but its lack of maintenance made it quite the opposite. I felt embarrassed to have my family stay in such a place. On a more positive note, I will mention that the staff members were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, my checkout experience on Sunday was frustrating. everything was great except the beds(nothing big considering the price as it was same as others in price range, I'm just tender in the back) were too firm and the bathroom door was off track. they may have dealt with it if we said something, but it was no big deal because it closed enough , just not enough to meet the lock(it's a sliding door). still really good for the price. clean and great staff.

Property was kind of hidden off of the main hotel strip (Definitely a +++++ as far as I'm concerned!) but was easy to find and had adequate parking. Staff was professional as well as friendly/helpful. Currently undergoing some sort of construction but wasn't a factor due to my arrival (1800 hrs) as well as my departure time (1000 hrs). Would definitely consider staying there again.

The staff at the property were all very nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was mold in the room so bad that I am still sick from my stay. The hotel needs a major remodel including mold remediation. Exhaust fans and training for housekeeping to keep the mold away would also be necessary to keep the mold from returning.
