We have stayed here several times over the past couple of years. It’s our go-to for cleanliness, location, and value.

The plate that covered the card reader to enter the room kept falling off. The bar staff was awesome!

Location was excellent and staff are so friendly and helpful

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The floor tiles in the bathroom were delightful. I wish there were shelves in the bathroom.

King rooms are too small. Very little storage for luggage and clothing.

We really liked this hotel. Modern, clean, quiet but so comfortable too. Good size fridge in room, big tv, plenty of plug sockets and handy space saving storage under the bed for safe and iron etc. Secure lift requiring key card to get to the correct floors, really happy.

Staff was so attentive and the room was always clean! The bed was extremely comfortable and everyone was friendly and helpful. Awesome location!

Great location. Veremona helpful StuffIt with easy check in and out. Nioe bar with a bit of outside space. Romānia was overlooking the street but totally quiet. Would stay here ālaina if wanting ti be in midtown neau all The tourisy sites.

Had to cancel visit due to illness (Covid). Refused refund.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and found the staff to be very considerate and welcoming. We arrived a couple of hours before the check-in time, and they kindly held our luggage until the rooms were ready. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes and food options nearby. The rooms are clean but on the smaller side, with just enough space to move around the bed. This could be inconvenient if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases or larger bags. Additionally, there is no wardrobe available for storing clothes, which may be a drawback for longer stays.

Well maintained beautiful hotel in the heart of mid town manhattan. Easy walk to broadway shows. East bus ride to the Met.

Overall, the services were good, but the room’s view was disappointing considering the extra amount I paid for it.

Bed was great. Room was very small, very limited counter place. When cleaning the room all that was done was making 1 of the 2 beds and nothing else.

Really enjoyed staying here, everything was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues and it’s in a great location. Room and bathroom were modern and clean with everything we needed.

Stayed in town last week and the staff are very friendly. The rooms were a little small but clean and very accommodating. Would recommend if you want to save some money and be in the heart of Manhattan.
