The hotel and room was beautiful! Great location, lots of restaurants to walk to. The only issue I had was when I arrived, the valet told me I could park on the street for free until Sunday instead of paying the 42.00 to park.( checked in on Saturday) He showed me where to park, and I asked if I was ok to park there because it was supposed to snow, he said “Yes, your good!!” Well, I realized when I looked out the window no cars were parked on the street. Went down to my truck and had a 100.00 ticket. Spoke to the front desk as I wasn’t happy and was told they couldn’t do anything and then Charged me 42.50 to valet park my truck as there is no parking in the street and the only way to use the parking garage was to valet park.. so parking cost me 142.50 plus 10 tip to the valet guy.

The beautiful smell in the lobby hits you and calmness comes. Service friendly and professional. Cleanliness is the cleanest I have seen. The bed was amazing and I slep like a baby for a first time in a long time. Location is great!!

It is dissappointing not to have some breakfast on site or a restaurant nearby for sit down breakfast. When asked for a recommendation we were sent 10 minutes away in an area that we did not feel comfortable in.

Room was large and comfortable. Especially like the large size of the bathroom. Only problem was the soap dispenser was empty in the shower and because we discovered this late at night, we did not report it at the time. Also the free coffee was being refilled when we needed it so it was unavailable. Seems to me they should have the next batch ready to go in order to be able to replace it immediately. Everything else was top-notch.

USB outlets were not working in the room. Cables we left hanging down from the TV. Bed was so close to the closet that you couldn’t open the door all the, which meant you couldn’t use the safe inside of it. The thermostat was mounted directly below the heat vent, fooling the indications, had to turn the heat to 78 degrees just to get a little warmth in the room. No ice machines on Even floors. No coffee in the room, which is an insane way to save money.

Pros: large room, clean, quiet, convenient location
Cons: outdated interiror, inconvenient hallway access with steps, and unhelpful staff: the vale was standing inside, did not bother to even open the doors, noone came out to help with luggages. Also, there was no water in the room while the front desk person insisted that there should be 2 bottles. They did not bother to bring it to the room. I went down to pick up. Then I saw they added $8 to my bill fo 2 bottles of water which were supposed to be in the room.
