The Lum Hotel Los Angeles Stadium District

Easy walk to SciFi stadium. Check in staff were very kind. No self parking, valet price was a bit expensive at $55 daily. Can hear the planes but that was expected as it’s near LAX. I would stay again as location was great for my purpose of visiting.

I loved my stay at The Lum Hotel. It has nice accommodations, a beautiful pool, and a great on-site restaurant. I would stay here again if I were in LA.

Reception was very friendly and were able to accommodate us right away. The room was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows which is amazing after a concert nearby. Shower was nice and bathroom was very clean. Overall a great experience and comfortable stay.

Loved the attached restaurant and how accommodating they were. I asked for a different room since my room's door latch was seen from the hall and on the first floor. I thought the door was opened but it was just the door latch being exposed. I didn't feel safe staying in that room and was accommodated at no additional cost which I appreciated.

Unaware of MANDATORY Valet Parking, Unorganized, bathroom shower was falling apart when tried to call front desk they hung up on me 3 TIMES So I Went To The Front Desk Where They Were Rude So I Left!

Sorely lacking in amenities. TV never worked the 3 days we were there, never could reach the front desk by cell phone (disconnected every time). No phone in room, only valet parking offered at $55.00 a day. Too many other sore points to mention. Staff very friendly.

APPALED! This was horrible!! I cannot stress more how bad this was, and honestly, I am a pretty passive person. I cannot believe they charged us over 900 dollars for two nights with the state of the property, the staff, and the state of our room. NOT worth even 200 dollars a night. They force you to do Valet and charge you for parking (115) for two nights for my little truck, and that is not included in the nightly cost. The outlets in the rooms didn't work, the things in the shower were falling apart, they had one tiny trash can in the room, the refrigerator didn't work. Because of the outlets, my laptop died, and I couldn't work except for going to the lobby. The rooms were less than par. The TV didn't work and only had one channel. The desk chairs were literally falling apart, and we had to fix it to sit and work. It took forever to get to the room because the elevators didn't work properly. Construction started at 6am and woke us up and continued throughout both days, the restaurant staff and front desk staff were SO rude, not thorough, and unaccommodating. When we checked in there was a line out the door and only one person checking people in and the manager standing next to her didn't even jump in to help with the line or communicate/acknowledge anyone. There was NO ice machines, and we had to go to the restaurant in the front of the property just to get ice, and the bar staff were HORRIBLE! All around, not work the money or convenience. I would rather stay at Motel 6.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we came for a concert and the convenience of having our hotel walking distance was great. The restaurant next to the hotel was good, overall we had a great experience, staff was very friendly and the check in and out was easy and quick.

Went to a concert at Intuit and it was the best decision to stay here!

Close to Kia Forum, nice room and clean. Staff was very accommodating when there was a room issue.

Double does not mean 2 beds, it means a room with ONE full size bed. It’s a convenient location, but valet is $60.50 per night (valet guys are very nice). Front desk, not friendly or customer oriented! Luckily only stayed 2 nights for event.
