Beautiful property with lots of cool history. Great location in Harrisburg right along the river. Loved the breakfast we had and the staff!

Property in an old mansion like property. It is bread and breakfast so owners will cook and serve breakfast in the dining room. The timing may not be convenient as slots could be 8am. We took that time and it suited us and we liked the experience. Coffee was in the lobby. It was pretty cold in the room the owners should have adjusted thermostat. Room was a suite I took so it was relatively large and had a river view. The building had history from the past.

Great personal attention from the staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Last minute reservation. Easy check in. Easy to find room with email instructions. Breakfast was ordered the night before at a certain time in the morning. Prompt serving, hot food with great views of the river. Wonderful and clean.

This was a Great B&B. The service was great. The beds were extremely comfortable and, it felt like home. Also, the host and everyone associated with the B&B were very friendly.

The Ledgestone at The Manor on Front was wonderful! Beautiful place with a view and a great staff. The breakfast was also delicious. Hope to return!

The buildings and rooms were in immaculate condition, the owners and staff were friendly and accommodating making the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable, the breakfast was far above what most hotels/guest houses offer. Highly recommend.

Convenient stay, great communication, tasty breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and historic property with an easy self check-in and pretty river view! Nearby paved path along the river made for a nice morning walk after breakfast.

So very glad we found this lovely accommodation. Everything was very well done. We hope to visit again soon and often.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, and well appointed rooms at a great price

Manor on Front is so tranquil and scenic! We enjoyed waking up and watching the river across the street from the Hull suite. The property is exceptionally clean and quiet. Our only complaint is that breakfast is only served very early (8:45am was the latest option), so we didn’t get to experience it, but the room, view, peacefulness, and staff are exceptional.

This property consists of two very beautiful 19th c. mansions converted into B & B's. We had a huge room called the Hull Suite which was handsomly decorated in period style. A more modern ensuite bath was also very elegant. A delicious full breakfast was served in the gorgeous dining room. If you want to treat yourself, this is a perfect choice. The only negative was the stairs to our suite....as oldsters we were challenged.

This place is a hidden gem in Harrisburg. I went to Harrisburg for a conference but I ended up taking a personal retreat at the manor two full days instead of going to the conference. I stayed in the suite with a full river view and it created a serene atmosphere. Loved the full size bath tub where you can really soak yourself.
