Stayed in a partial view room, but we had a beautiful view of the sunrise. Steps to the beach and great restaurants nearby. Bathroom was spotless and bedroom was cleaned to our satisfaction.

Horrible service at checkin. Elise seemed to not like that I was checking in. She wouldn't even stand or extend her arm to take and give my info, room keys, receipt. Had to reach over a desk and computer. Very rude, childish and petty! After reading reviews, other people had similar experiences Checking in. Will never stay there again!

This property has a nice location, a boardwalk right to the beach. There is also a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was nice and clean. There was no window in the room which was odd. I knew it was a room without a view but didn't know that meant no window. I didn't expect much for breakfast because it did say continental but it was even less than I expected. A muffin or Danish would have been nice. The employees were ok, not overly friendly. We did enjoy our location and walking on the beach

The kind of person who couls afford this hotel in season wouldnt stay here. That said, in the off season, it wasnt bad. They try to take an old hotel and dress it up with fancy signage and new paint and new floors, but it is sti a 1960s motel. There is very limited parking amd limited seating for breakfast. That said, the rooms were adequate, only a few give an oceam view. Pool is saltwater, which is great! And the location is perfect if you want to be nestled beetween 2 or thre bar/restaurants and a block of shopping.

Very disappointed in the customer service, waited an hour for an uber and had to pay premium for this service. Do to the partying downstairs and the lack of transportation, we left early and when checking out the manager was rude and jested well you should have just rented a car.

This hotel is the bare minimum for hotels. There were no workers, the walls are thin and you could hear every sound and the noise of the bar below us. The breakfast was very poor with stale bagels and stale cereal. There was no place to park safely.

Great accommodations but there was a young dance team staying also. There was no control over this group of ladies. Loud, running the halls, screaming, slamming doors all night.

I didn’t stay there on January 27 & 28. My reservation was for January 29 through Feb. 1st. I tried to change the check in dates because I accidentally didn’t change the dates when I made reservations. Called Expedia but they said there was nothing they could do. So no I am not pleased

We loved the hotel.it was clean, comfortable, nice beds, great view of the ocean. But they needed to remove the ice from the sidewalk and entrance to parking garage. This was a safety hazard someone could fall and get seriously injured.
