My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We celebrated with a night at the paramount theatre opening night of Hamilton. We checked in and were greeted with such genuine hospitality it was lovely. The room was spacious and the BATHTUB!!! My goodness was so big I Loved It.

Check in was easy and the valet did everything to make sure we got our car parked even though they were at capacity. The people working the front desk were professional and courteous both on check in and out. The room was clean and easy to get around in since my wife had a broken foot. Would definitely stay again.

Booked a two night stay, issues started while attempting to park. Waited for 20 minutes for the valet - no one came. In the end I drove down the ramp and parked myself in one of the valet spaces, and was met by one of the valets who told me they were short staffed! I notice how staffing levels have become a standard reason for falling short on service. It's not the customer's problem. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment in the lobby area, and check in , if you can find it, is a table set up in a meeting room on the second floor. There is NO ROOM SERVICE at this hotel. And the final ignominy was waking up in the morning covered in angry red bites and welts, on my back, legs, arms, FACE and HAIRLINE. Bed bug bites - I was distraught as I was attending an event that evening, and felt humiliated and embarrassed. I informed reception and said I would be checking out and moving to another hotel which I finally was able to do at 2.00 pm. "Reception" told me they would refund me a night of the two night stay. Frankly it's despicable that they wanted to charge me for even one night. Subsequently - the hotel has charged me for both nights of the stay and two nights of parking. Marks are still emerging on my skin now. This whole experience has been distressing and humiliating. I was compelled to move to a different hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and accommodating. From the valet to the front desk, we were impressed.

This hotel was under a remodel condition for the lobby, but they handled it well. The lower rating from me is due to the parking charge/service. The precheck-in and the internet stating that the charge was somewhere around $53/ day which I was prepared for, but the final charge was $66 and…we used the QR call up for the car with a 10 minute lead time..the car was not there and the attendant wasn't even aware we had sent the request. Please don't overcharge, then not even offer real valet service. Disappointed in this, but will still give them another chance!

Excellent beddings and location

The Front desk who welcome us on Thursday Jan.30,2025 is awesome He check us in right away when we came,He is awesome.Rooms are clean and spacious.The only problem is the parking.Over all is a very good hotel!!!!

Friendly staff

The staff was very helpful. The property lobby is under renovation so a little tricky to find our way to makeshift lobby. Upon arrival I was told that the 2 queen room I had booked and secured had been given away for a cheerleader competition & nothing could be done. I was then told I had a King premium room with a pull out couch. Arrived in the room to find a king bed and a chair. Went back to the make shift reception area, to be told "I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry, I can offer you a discount but there are no other rooms." The attendant offered to have extra bedding brought up so that we could make a sleeping area on the floor. After leaving to go to our event we came back to discover only one blanket and one pillow had been dropped off. The same attendant was working and brought in two mattress pads and bedding. Let me add here she was very kind! At checkout, I was asked how the stay was as the lady working the checkout was aware of what happened. She apologized again, said she did not know why but whoever was working the day before gave the room to someone else and shouldn't have. She did say that no discounts had been added to my stay so she cancelled out the valet fee, which was $66. The Paramount itself was clean, staff was incredibly nice & tried their best to remedy an unfortunate situation
