The Residency Inn

I can understand the property is under new management and it will take them time to make improvements, but not being clean is inexcusable. You get what you pay for. We will not stay at this location again.

It was a one night stay to celebrate graduation. The hotel receptionist was very friendly, the rooms (we had two) clean, and earlier to use than regular check in time. I asked upfront since we wanted to change cloth for the graduation. Warm water, a working fridge, and a quiet room. Great for a short stay, 1-2 nights.

There was dirt and bugs in our room dirty handprints on the walls, what looked like dog poop (?) on the floor and the floor itself was absolutely disgusting. All hours of the night and day there were drug addicts everywhere. There was a man with a makeshift house set up by the dumpster, I understand people fall on hard times but the manager should have had him kicked off the property awhile ago as it looks like he has been there for awhile. NEVER staying again and I highly advise you not to.

First thing you see is the old motel sign Roof Top Inn. Had to drive around corner to see sign for Residency Inn. First room 135 had a horrible smell and mold on the curtains. Was moved to 133 also had a smell went to front desk to get money back was told 7 days for Refund. Now we drove 5 hrs for our Mini Vacation. We ended up going to Walmart buying cleaning supplies to clean our room and blankets to lay over the blankets and pillows just to sleep.And had to Pin Curtains Shut because people could see in room not SAFE AT ALL!! And be told they don’t clean the rooms unless we tell them to so that just tells me the rooms are not clean at all. Cars all night driving through Property you have people who live on property. Noisy all throughout the night. People running down hallways knocking on your door periodically throughout the Night. And it says no Animals but there is a dog on property. We should not of had to clean a hotel room on my vacation and there was red spots on pillows cases it was just NASTY to the 100% will never come here EVER Again. The Reviews are miss leading people. 😡

Rooms were not well maintained and sheets /pillow cases were stained, tv had to have attention from maintenance to work, parking lot not well lighted

This property isn’t save. No outdoor lighting. Very dirty inside and out. Pillows had stains on them. No light bulbs in lamps. TV broken. Fridge was rusted. Door wouldn't lock. Bathroom not clean. Don’t recommend for anyone.

It's an older property so it's not perfect but it's safe, great area, nice pool! Staff is wonderful. Great price for area.

Not worth the stay

Room had no light bulbs, then when i got some i saw why. There was bloody sheets on the bed and the door looked like it had been kicked in. I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It wont let me post the pictures but i took quite a few. I will be reaching out to management.

Good place to stay and park for a cruise

Relatively clean, room had prior damage. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful. Excellent location.

The smell was terrible when first entered the room. No towels were provided. The toilet had clogged paper with cigarettes. Pillos are well over used.

The property is in the middle of a remodel/new owner. There is a great shower head and mirror but everything else was terrible. Very old pillows, peeling paint, stained curtains, ancient tub and toilet, no place to hang clothes

Even though it wasn't cleaned good, looked like some repair work in room didn't get cleaned up afterwards, the stay was quiet and easily to return to after driving around, had a back entrance. Staff was very nice! Shower was amazing and hot water never ran out! Would definitely stay here again! No BUGS in room! Very good price! Pool was very clean.

I just needed a room for one night. Just a door to lock, a bed, a shower and a toilet. Nothing special. The shower has good pressure and hot water, the bed was somewhat comfortable and the door locked. So it did the job.
