Very nice lobby and bar area, modern, updated and comfortable- decent fresh food choices in the little market. Room and bathroom are very nice and new - clean too. Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely return

I was very disappointed to find out only after i checked in that the pool was out of order. I specifically booked this property because of the pool. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that it was shared with the 3rd party company (expedia) but it is not listed there when i booked.

They almost wouldn’t let me check-in saying it was too late to check-in. I was stuck in an ice-storm and a two hour drive took 8 hours. Their check-in says “anytime” so I’m not sure how they could have done that. Luckily, they figured it out.. after 20 minutes of me falling asleep at the front desk.

This was an OK hotel. There were not sufficient towels and really only sheets on the bed with no blanket. Dining was very limited.

Thin walls (literally heard people all night from all sides of my room it seemed) a lot of updates need to happen in the rooms, night stand was not sturdy, sink was slow and loud to drain, not great circulation in gym area. Staff was helpful and friendly, just need updated amenities and sound proof rooms more

One guest was going to the hospital in the -AM and wanted to be close.neither had heard of a 20$ parking fee. There was a toilet plunger outside the room next door and the shower did not drain while we were there

I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times when I’m in the area for work and it’s been a consistent experience everything. Staff is friendly, restaurant/bar is always good with great service from the bartender. Room is clean and quiet. Parking is available and with my VIP Expedia credit, it’s only $4, can’t beat that. This will be go to every time in Stamford
