Love the hotel and the structure, the staff was really nice.

Excellent staff and ease of getting to college visit. Loved the room and the accommodations in the lobby.

Nice, vintage, rehabbed classic hotel. The updates are very good overall. Little bits of condition issues were noted but not unexpected given the age of the property. Staff could have been a bit more friendly but weren't bad or surly.

Drop off is a little limited but over all a great experience!

Liked the convenient location to Case Western University and the free shuttle service. Didn’t like the Housekeeping and breakfast buffet.

The shuttle from and to the hotel was very convenient and super helpful.

Our room was good. We had dinner there. It was good but the pasta was cold when we got it.

I do not recommend staying here. The room was ok but dirty. The bedding was dirty, the bathroom didn’t shut completely or lock. You have to pay $20 A DAY to PARK in their lot. No free breakfast and the tv half worked. It was loud. Most of all every single staff member was rude expect for a security guard and a man working in the restaurant. We had a time sensitive issue and the manager would not leave a meeting to speak with us or Expedia in a timely manner. Every employee besides the 2 were very unfriendly and acted highly bothered to their jobs. Upon leaving Brittany was told have a great day she didn’t even look up or reply. The manager never did speak with us. The breakfast was expensive and horrible. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The architecture was amazing, friendly staff, on site restaurant was very convenient but a little pricey, and the shuttle driver knew his way around Cleveland clinic which took a lot of stress off of us. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved how big the room was! Didn’t like that i had to walk so far to get to my vehicle. Overall, I’ll book here again!

The bedframe leather were torn,please replace it to add guest ambience.

The Tutor was wonderful. The people were very helpful and their shuttle driver, James, gave great suggestions to eat would definitely recommend.

Excellent ladies at the front desk. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Very nice room. Even the dinner at the in-house restaurant was great.

It is a nice hotel and convenient for going university and hospital.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Dining room was awful. We went for a quick dinner at about 8 pm and the overworked waitress presented a list of things that were not available -- most of the menu. Parking was very expensive at $21 per night, adding an additional $42 to our bill. That was a ripoff.

The corner room was very spacious and quiet, staff were very friendly. Very easy and big parking lot next to the hotel. We stayed two nights to visit Case Western. There was no shower gel when we first checked-in but since it was past 1am I didn't ask for refill assuming it will be refilled the next day, but there was no room service the next day for some reason, maybe I have to request one I am not sure. Upon returning in the evening we need to quickly rest to catch an early morning flight so again I didn't call room service to get it refilled. It could simply be a oversight and no big deal. We had very good two night rests at the hotel and would stay again if we come back.
