Good location to where I was attending a conference at Emory although there . Decent bed. The other bed made a creaking noise so I didn’t choose it. The air conditioner was very noisy. I couldn’t get captions on the TV. The room had a smell. Couldn’t figure it out.

Saw multiple roaches in the room. Holes in ceiling closet. Everything in the room felt old. Air conditioner was dirty and unclean. The exterior and interior need some massive upgrades because this looked like a rundown motel. Also the breakfast was not good at all. It's some grab and go. The staff were ok but when asking questions they changed their attitude. The pool didn't have any chairs. Wasps were in multiple parts of the walkways. I had to check out early and I could say more but I wanna keep this review somewhat short. Whoever reads this, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a better hotel.

My only real complaint is the TV. Could not get local channels or regular networks (CBS, ABC, NBC). Other channels were often "pixeling" all the time. Fortunately, I had a good book and iPad.

Really convenient for the university if you are visiting students but really nothing around the hotel other than uni . Walls very thin so bring earplugs and we found most electric sockets not working so hard to charge phone . And room not cleaned in 4 nights

The staff was very nice. The coffee was good but they really only had pastries and cereal for breakfast, which is fine. The place is clean, although there were some ants in our room. The room had a small fridge and microwave. The beds were comfy. It's close to Emory and about half the price of the other places nearby.

Positive: Previous communication with hotel, requesting confirmation of number of guest, if disability room was needed, pets etc. Hotel room was clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. Room had a nice size refrigerator and microwave. Hotel is located in a beautiful area next to the Emory University with walking distance to CVS, popular fast food dinning options and a local bus transportation (Marta Blue line route). Very quiet and safe area. Negative: Hotel offered breakfast, but it was less than a continental style type. Bathroom has not additional towel hangers besides a small one inside the shower so we were setting our wet towels on chairs or leaving them inside of a small closet which make them smell. my family -4people- stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning service (trash not taking out, beds unmade, new clean towels or replenish of toilet paper) was provided. If you didn't book the hotel directly with them instead of with an external website, there is parking charge at the end of your stay.

Wasn't sure what to expect when we pulled it. It may not be new, but it was clean and larger rooms than expected. Checking in an out was pleasant and no problems at all. . . I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.
