Loved the stay! Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly! The only thing I can say (not even as a negative more like just an observation) the pillows are SMALL. They are more square than rectangle. Just thought that was different.

Our stay was awful, the air conditioning was broken, we thought it would cool off but the unit just blew hot air, we stayed in the room because we didn’t want to get dressed and pack our stuff to move to another room at 3.30 in the morning. I told the man when we checked out and he was totally unconcerned about our complaint about the broken air conditioner. We stayed 5 nights in pigeon Forge 14th-19th the stay was great the Walden was beautiful, I’ll never stay at La Quinta again the reviews I’ll post on Facebook will state what we went through. Our room number was 111 , you might tell them to repair the unit, the room smelled like mildew or mold , miserable night !!
