This hotel was in a great location for us to see lots of DC. The hotel was very comfortable, very pretty and the staff was super friendly. I would stay here again. The roof top patio should be visited each day also to see the sun set.

This is a lovely hotel. Very stylish, super clean and during my stop very quiet, which was over the UK Easter bank holiday weekend. Location is good for getting metro at foggy bottom and also walkable to the National mall and many other sights to see. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Renowned for its rich history and elegant ambiance, the Watergate Hotel exceeds expectations through its remarkable commitment to guest service. The staff at the Watergate are undoubtedly its crown jewel. From the front desk to the dining room, their dedication to providing the highest level of service was evident. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted and swiftly accommodated, with the front desk staff taking the time to explain the hotel amenities and ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine interest in creating a personalized experience set the tone for the rest of my stay. The housekeeping team also deserves a shout-out for their meticulous care. Rooms were not only immaculately cleaned. The only issue I had was the valet not informing us about the location of their public parking lot. They pretended not to know, but we eventually discovered it was behind the building.

The Watergate Hotel is our favorite and only place that we stay when in DC. The views, the wonderful staff, the restaurants within walking distance…although hard to beat the hotel rooftop or the Kingbird restaurant. We love everything about the Watergate Hotel!

The best part for me was the Royal treatment from the time we pulled up we didny have to lift a finger from the exceptional vallet down to the man that grabs us ice my husband and i were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the room was beautiful and what my husband called fancy we will be going back again 5 stars
