Perfect location if flying into LaGuardia airport and dining in and around mid town. The service was exceptional, all around! Deidre checked us in and was so welcoming!!! The brunch was delicious and the bartenders were friendly and welcoming as well!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Westin. Great central location close to amenities and public transport links. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, particularly Sam, the manager who made sure that I was comfortable during my stay. I would highly recommend the Westin for anyone staying in the heart of New York looking for a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was truly excellent — everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. I felt very comfortable and relaxed thanks to the high standards of hygiene. Highly recommended!

Walking distance to Grand Central Station. Planned a day trip to Southampton and the stay at this hotel was perfect! The hotel is well maintained and comfortable beds, room size was large for NYC standards.
