Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast.

Looks like it was recently renovated or still being renovated our room was very quiet we had a one bedroom suite.., very spacious two rooms, the only issue was the pull-up couch is very very uncomfortable.., fine for children but would not recommend for an adult.

It was our first time staying here and everything was great! Will definitely consider this hotel for future plans.

Overall, great experience! My partner and I visited for one night only just to get away from family troubles for awhile. The check in at the front desk was smooth but we felt that staff was asking us a lot of questions and being a bit nosy. We really just wanted to get to our room and relax. They were very friendly but I felt like I was being interviewed. My one qualm was when we came to the front for checkout, we waited 10 minutes at the front desk for someone to come check us out. We called the phone number three times to get no answer. We eventually had to ask a housekeeper to find someone to check us out. When the woman finally came out of the office she didn’t make eye contact with us during the checkout. Felt a little strange but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in Lakeland, FL!

The front desk were super nice, breakfast was delicious, bedroom was clean.

I went to Lakeland because I had to go to the courthouse near by to handle personal matters. so I booked something in a location where I could allow my family to meet up with family and friends in the area as well. I was able to walk to have a nice dinner in the same parking lot as the hotel as there was several restaurants next door. Also the hotel was pup friendly, I was able to have my pup in the room with us. The room had plenty of space to allow everyone to lay in their own space to rest and nap. We brought my pup his personal bed so he slept on his own bed.

Very clean and quiet, nice

All of the staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was very spacious and comfortable especially the bath. The breakfast, crustless spinach and cheeee quiche, was delicious! Everything was in close proximity to the hotel. I will be staying here again for sure.
