Everything has been great :) 2nd time back

We had a great experience here. Christina was fantastic on the front desk and Andrea was an amazing host in the bar - thank you to both! It was situated well for us, away from the busy area of Manhattan but a short 5 minute walk away from Queensbridge subway station which we used every day. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed, easy, straightforward and satisfying. Thanks for a great stay!

I am from and live in new york! I needed go stay somewhere close yo the city for work. And i am also from corona queens. I had a great time at thjs hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The down fall was the gym! The gym was not welled planned out! The only bad thing i have to say. Besides the shelter and the projects across the streets. The hotel seems safe INSIDE (night time) They do have hotel security in the front. But i would definitely stay here again with out any questions. The hotel staff is amazing!

The staff is amazing! Cristina (sorry if i misspelled her name) and Kevin are thee most amazing at customer service. This is what mostly keeps me going back! Plus I love the place, and the breakfast lay out is good too

Neighboring lots are dirty noisy and perhaps unsafe

The hotel is lovely. Unfortunately, the area it’s in is not great. For people unfamiliar with the area, it would not be safe to walk at night without knowing your surroundings. The hotel offered housekeeping on the 3rd night of my stay but it didn’t happen. The breakfast included in the stay was great.

I eented for someone else. Returning after dinner felt unsafe ( but was not) el hotel was great.

I went there with my son to do some apartment hunting in the area, as he is moving to NYC for a new job. This hotel was a great home base for us everyday, and had many areas that we could utilize. I was especially pleased with having the kitchen area in our room. When you do go out for dinner, I highly recommend a great Thai place called The Buff. It's only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Everybody we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated Andrea, the bartender at the lounge on the lower level. She was super friendly, made great drinks, and even helped make our mission there easier by offering useful insight and advice about finding a place for my son.

Christina was extremely helpful. However the sound insulation was quite poor. People walking in the hallway and closing doors can be easily heard. Also there seems to be construction going on at night with heavy metal pipes dropping, easily kept me awake at night right before I could fall asleep.

The hotel itself is great and the staff was fantastic! There is supposed to be a bar there but it isn’t open?? The location seems like it’s in a redevelopment area that was started pre covid that never continued.. a few of our uber/lyft drivers told us to not go anywhere on foot especially at night.

So I’ll start off by saying I am a native New Yorker. I booked this hotel as a staycation and to host my boyfriend who was visiting from Philly. To get to this hotel we got off the F train at 21st Queensborough and walked I think it was 2-3 blocks to the hotel. The walk there is surrounded by projects and people hanging out in the street. The hotel block is surround by empty lots but cleaner than by the F train. The property inside was clean and the staff was nice and respectful. Our room was clean and everything worked perfectly inside. The breakfast was okay but free. We had the waffles, bacon and cheese omelet. I also saw they had oatmeal, fruits. Saturday night someone was blasting music from outside. It went on all night until 7am and mind you we were on the 10th floor. When I inquired downstairs the person said it was coming from a block away and that the hotel already alerted 311. Sunday was definitely better no music and we got lots of rest. Unfortunately I won’t come back due to the surrounding area. We found ourselves relying on Ubers when we got back too late which sucks because New York is a very walkable city. I did feel it was a good price for 3 days though. Hotels in time square wanted $500 for one night! I think if you don’t mind the area, you’ll be fine!

I couldn't get my phone to connect to the WIFI, which could have been because my phone is old, but I didn't have that problem when staying at a Marriott in Minneapolis. The room itself was good with comfy beds, but there was only silverware for one with multiple mugs and dishes even though there were two of us in the room. Overall, I'd stay there again since it is convenient to Manhattan.
