My wife and I stayed here for three weeks. We appreciate the great service and breakfast. They even change menus for the breakfast to make it more fun for long-term guests. We also enjoyed the location as it's walkable to malls and grocery stores, and it's easy to catch a bus to Seattle downtown and Bellevue. It's a lovely place to stay. We would love to come back.

Be careful when stepping into the tub/shower. The bottom of the tub/shower is very slick and poses a safety hazard. Decor a bit dated, but the bed was firm and comfortable. Good insulation. I liked having a kitchenette.

The property was clean, breakfast good, we had to change rooms because the fridge did not work and I had medication that needed to be refrigerated and our milk went warm. One of the keys for the new room did not work, we were charged for parking we did not know about in our prepay, the hotel could not explain why the put the wrong amount for the incidentals charge which they said was $20 per night and we were charged $70. If you are going to charge it, you should be able to explain it. The front desk service needs some improvement but the rest of the staff on property were friendly.

I love the suite rooms cause there's everything you need. The only downside was the mattress on the sofa bed in Rm 115 was very thin and uncomfortable. The king bed was fine. Staff were lovelly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area.

Our neighbors were up all night talking loudly and playing music both nights we were there. Made several calls to front desk but they were unable or unwilling to quiet them down. We will not stay there again.

restaurants around are closed on sundays. Rooms good for family , pool is mostly only for kids and small. Overall it was a good place to stay for our family. Workers were great .

The front desk staff was really wonderful. Housekeeping did not refresh our room as they were supposed to. Breakfast was good and had something for everyone. The person taking care of the breakfast area did a good job keeping everything refreshed.
