roaches were all over the rooms, very dirty, i check out immediately and they refused to give me a refund.

Got woken up in the middle of the night with roaches crawling all over the bed and nightstand. Went to another place after that

Do NOT stay at Travel Inn in Humble, TX. The only reason I booked this place was because the photos on Expedia looked decent, but those are completely fake—probably AI-generated. I had just stayed at the Best Western and Comfort Inn & Suites, but wanted to save a little money before flying home to Michigan. That was a huge mistake. This motel is filthy, sketchy, and unsafe. The outside is full of trash and shady people. The rooms are disgusting—roaches everywhere, dead flies on the walls, exposed wires, no proper locks, and the whole place smells bad. Staff tried to gaslight me about the bugs and were rude when I complained. The Wi-Fi barely worked, which made it even harder to get help or leave faster. I never unpacked, and my son and I left in less than 6 hours, checking out around 12:45 a.m. Bottom line: Don’t be fooled by the photos or the cheap price. Look up real reviews, search for actual photos and videos, because what you see online is not what you get. This place is a health and safety risk. Avoid at all costs.

This place was filthy and infested with roaches. They were dead and live bugs EVERYWHERE, even in the fridge and on the pillows. We even tried a different room, same thing! We only lasted 2.5 hours in the place! And don't expect the owner to refund your money! I called 6x and every single time I was placed on hold only to be disconnected every time! I have photos but for some reason i cant get them to upload. 😔😡

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We checked in, got a room- the room had an open ac unit, electrical exposed, all over the room. There are flies everywhere. There’s roaches on everything. The toilet is clean but there’s flies on the curtain and in the tub. There’s cigarette burns in the blanket and a smell like feces surrounding the premises and as soon as you enter the room, it’s a smell like no other. This motel is inhabitable. It’s like a scene from a movie. It’s a nightmare. Drive down the street to motel 6. Do not stay here.

The pictures for this booking looks nothing like the actual. False representation.It would be a better stay when it's, renovated and upgraded, the location is big enough for expansion.

Dirty, full of cockroaches, I wouldn't go back for anything, even in the bed you could find bugs.

Well when i checked in their was no one in front and waited 20mins. AC turned on but didnt cool the room. Their was no towel or trash can in the room. Also the sheets and covers were not washed

The property looks nothing like the online pictures. opened my room the sheets were on the floor, left over ranch dip on the night stand. i tried 2 different rooms. both were unacceptable.

Roaches bugs raccoons and goons, nothing good here other than the amount of bugs that would like to sleep with you.

Property was OK just the strange things around but was to their selves. Besides that was a OK night. Thank you
