Booked on Expedia had a confirmation number arrived at hotel to be told they have no record of our booking. So we had to drive father to find another place

I didnt like that i stayed for 2 night and got charged the price of staying in the room for 2 nights a second time saying it was for a deposit and never got my deposit back tried contact the manager multiple times went to voice mail and the still have yet to call me to elevate the problem

We had a decent room, clean, quite no drama, friendly and helpful, love the Penny's diner , also very nice and classic fun.

Stayed three nights. This was my first and likely last stay. No hard feelings. I had four 60 pound boxes that i had to bring inside so they wouldn't get stolen. Can you believe they dont have a cart? WOW! I like that the room has a thermostat and ac blows quietly but cold air. I set the temp for 68 degrees and woke in the night freezing. I think someone had previously programmed the thermostat to turn dow to 42 degrees. I just turned the ac off completely the second and third nights. They have an awesome diner next door called Pennys. Great menu selection, great food and terrific waitstaff. They can make breakfast any time of day. I can say the parking lot was well lit with ample signage warning of theft. You can walk down a few steps to the diner from hotel lot. Unfortunately, the hotel serves no breakfast at all. First time ever that i couldnt find a bowl of cereal, piece of toast and piece of fruit. After three nights, i noticed that this is the hotel for the "railroaders". Those guys that keep the train running that you would never know about until Denzel Washington stars as a train conductor. What could possibly go wrong in that movie? The railroaders are nice folks. I thought the hotel front staff was dismissive of the railroaders. The mattress was extremely cushiony and bouncy. Still, the room and bath were spotless.

This place was a dump. Shower didn't work, sink faucet barely worked.

Really can't say I was impressed with anything.

The room and bathroom were very clean. I liked the big bathroom.

First thing right off the bat I got double charged. Then when we got in the room, the sink wouldn’t drain because the drain plug was rotted and broke. Had to get underneath it and pull the drain up myself. What are the worst days I’ve ever had and I would like a total refund.

Looks like mainly caters to Bnsf employees Dirty run down and front desk didn’t know how to check in a regular customer (non railroad)

Room was a little dirty.

This was a bare bones operation. It was at the very edge of town with no amenities

I enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful.

There was no parking near our room, but a hotel employee moved his vehicle so we could park closer.

Was ok, nothing impressive, room was clean, no frills. Served it’s purpose.

We were very pleased with our stay here. It was convenient to all of the things that we were going to see while we were there and the staff was great. Room super and we could play cards in the very large lounge.

Very nice,clean,quiet rooms are very comfortable.

When we checked in room was open and still dirty and bed not made up. and while checking in the front desk informed us they are open 24/7 for railroad workers! Not much in the way of service for your basic traveler. My wife got the air-conditioner to kick back on finally after working with the thermostat. The leak in the bath tub was more of a steady trickle so it wasn't very loud.
