Great Price, clean, quiet.

It was close to everything that we were going to do. Plenty of parking spaces.

This is an average property. No bells, no whistles, but a great price. It is conveniently located and the staff were great. The sheets and bedding were stained in both rooms, but they were clean. We also had a big rain come through and both rooms had water coming in over the top of the AC units into the room and below the front door. We used all our towels to clean it up and got new ones. If you are looking for value I would recommend.

Decent place but no complaints for the price we paid

Not the world's worst hotel and definitely not great. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The rooms needed to be repainted. There was tons of chipping paint. They have you leave your towels and trashcans outside. They empty the trash cans and the towels they leave on a chair outside the room. We had to go to front desk everyday to get a roll of toilet paper. Convenient location. There was police presence there twice during our 3 night stay. Not sure what was going on but someone was arrested and hauled away both times. No breakfast. Non heated pool. Would not stay here again.

The employee that checked us in was Very rude and not clearly spoken. The parking. Could not park in front of our room. The noise was horrible. Always stay at this motel when visiting Pigeon Forge. Never again!!!,

Great stay for the price! Convenient and appeared clean! Older motel style that’s been updated. Two floors with exterior entrances.

Room was nice and clean, no complaints or problems whatsoever. Nothing fancy, but everything you need.

It is a decent place to stay; the property is in good condition including the pool. There is a lot of places to eat around there. I stayed with wife and kids, and we had a good time.

Was alot of ants in the room, other than that was a good stay.

Rooms needed to be upgraded

Our room was close to the road so it was a bit noisy. Parking was free and easy and there is a convenience store one door down so that was nice. The pool was shallow and filled with kids but was open 24/7 which was nice. Room service was spotty but we just got new towels every other day since we were there for a week.

The only issue we had was there was only 2 towels. I had to ask for more and the girl at the counter was a little rude. But overall we would go back but just pack our own towels.
