Tremont Hotel

People arguing in the hallway, bed was cheap, room was small. But some positive things are that the place looks nice and we were safe.

The bed was comfortable, but you would have to request for someone to clean your or else it would be cleaned.

It’s not so much about the property but the booking with Expedia. We booked a room for the night for 2 adults and 1 child (16yo). When we turned up at the hotel they told us that we only booked a single room (max 2 people) and there is only 1 bed even though it clearly shows our booking is for 3 people. Because of the extra person we needed to pay extra $40. Even though they waived the extra $40 receptionist was extremely argumentative and in the end we still only had 1 bed, which we all had to share. Not a very good experience at all and a very uncomfortable night stay. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport!

Good area and very convenient. Very noisy at though so if you are looking for a quiet stay you wint get that. The shower head was leaking and not working properly but other than that it was a good stay.

Room was clean and comfortable.

clean environment , everything works well comfortable beds quiet in the room . but they need to change smoking policies.

Not good, rooms look NOTHING like the pictures online. Bathroom door handle fell off. Check in is behind glass. Weird vibe overall.

This property was horrible! I wasn’t able to check in early and people were literally throwing up and drunk at the lobby.

Terrible area. Do not go there.

Enjoyed my stay was very peaceful

Area/hotel felt extremely unsafe.There were people hangout, and arguing in the lobby. Pitbulls instead lobby. Hotel looked like a trap house. Therefore we did not feel safe to stay. However asked for a refund, and was denied.

Do not book this hotel. If there is no street parking when you arrive, you won't even be able to get in. The front desk staff hung up on me several times AND hung up on Expedia staff who called on my behalf several times. When asked where to park they said "On the street. If there are no spots, I don't know what to tell you." Extremely unprofessional and a major disappointment. The photographs of the outside of the hotel are also photoshopped. It looks more like a ran-down housing development that someone slapped white duct tape spelling out "HOTEL" on the top. Just save yourself the money and stay elsewhere. Also thank you, Expedia for helping me with this case and upholding your values towards customers and our satisfaction. I didn’t expect them to help me as much as they did and I'm very thankful for that!

The shower door was broken and the room was quite dusty. Also there should be more hand towels in the bathroom.
