First room we got checked into, the heat wasn't working. Its fine, they just gave us a new room. Sheets were stained, get new ones or buy some bleach! The whole hotel was freezing! Breakfast was horrible and didn't have the pancake machine running. Bathroom didn't have conditioner and shampoo dispenser was broken. Overall, run down.

If your a stay and play visitor be prepared to park across the street and pack your luggage because the hotel has no parking. Our room had burnt out lights the bathroom was disgusting, the coffee maker had old coffee with mold in it, the tv was in and out of service, the front office didnt give us our triple play vouchers (only knew this after standing in line for 30mins)

The room we were given was dirty: dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. We asked for house keeping and it wasn’t available so they gave us another room. The second room was also dirty! Bathtub was clogged with hair, toilet was dirty, old rotten food underneath and beside the couch.

There was false advertisement! The website said Queen beds & they were not queen rather they were a double bed and the mattresses were very old and broken down! Very uncomfortable and I will not stay in their hotel again. They had a sign at check-in that said, excuse the mismatch furniture they were in the process of remodeling, I believe the mismatched furniture was not a problem. It was the old broken down mattresses. Investing in a better sleep quality is more important than how the furniture colors match.
