Tru by Hilton Greensboro

Just a quick stay during a long trip. Did the trick.

Great stay always and very clean ..

I stayed two nights. The first morning I was awoken by the person next to me’s screaming dog. Dog yelled literally the whole day. I told management and they were so unhelpful. Your hotel has major process issues if your way of handling pet owners is to just mix them in with other people. I will never stay here again. I’ll tell all my friends, family, and coworkers to never stay here as well.

Clean and quiet for an overnight stay.

This is an updated modern hotel and an easy drive to downtown Greensboro. Front desk was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was quiet and had everything i needed. it was comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was good and they basically have a mini mart on the premises if you want to pick out your own food/snacks to heat up. I will definitely be returning to this hotel

We had a handicap room which was under construction with a leaking shower and the handicap chair laying on the floor of the bathroom. We were told the wrong times for breakfast which made it impossible for us to enjoy our free breakfast as we made departure plans based on that information. Loud noise from room above that lasted until 10pm. Won’t pay these prices again for such a low end experience.

The hotel is tucked off in a little nice area. It’s secluded. Check in was easy. Curb appeal is attractive & everything inside including the rooms are nice & clean. The only issue is a giant big foot walking above us all night. It gives me anxiety & brings back times of living in an apartment. Other than that I’d choose this place again.

So far all is good.

New feeling, bright and clean inside and out .. lobby open feeling clean and welcoming . My king bed basic Room was clean.. ok size, not huge … furnishing in good shape but understated and minimalist . Bed comfortable, pillows ok. Nice shower … Towels were decent. TV nice … small fridge available. Breakfast was ok. Did have eggs and a meat each day. Automated Pancake machine . Oatmeal a little undercooked both times I had it. Kitchen help on top of things stocking things. TWO foosball tables in the lobby … thought that was odd. Staff pretty friendly. One night I followed 3 cops down my hallway as they knocked on a door near mine, but nothing seemed to come of it. I felt safe there.
