Truss Hotel Times Square

We had an amazing stay! The staff was very accommodating and helpful especially about parking and places to eat. The bed was very comfortable and the shower's water pressure was great. We will definitely stay here again whenever we decide to visit home. We were made to feel welcome and we appreciated all of what Truss provided!

The staff were absolutely amazing ! The property is very cute, and clean. Very conveniently located with a lot of food spaces around. Very close to Times Square. I didn’t ideally like my room window situation but I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was nice, friendly and offered us water when we arrived. They were quick to get us checked in and during the whole stay were great. The building on the other hand boy was that a disaster. For starters our room was on the 2nd floor which once you get off the elevator had all the ceiling tiles missing and wires just dangling looked like they were going to do some work, only problem was we were there during the week and no one was did any work or anything they 3 days we were there. We walk up to the door of our room and there was a dirty microfiber cloth just sitting in front of the door. Then the so called "soundproofing" ya thats a joke. I didn't sleep the whole 3 days. Even with the less traffic in Manhattan all you hear is cars and people 24/7 I felt like the homeless dude outside of our window probably had it just as "soundproof" as the room. The room was ok, definitely your typical small Manhattan hotel room but the bathroom was down right disgusting. The shower was completely unusable, the floor had some nasty white film all over that we was crusted into the floor tiles. Definitely need flip flops to shower here.

Staff is Attentive and Awesome!!! We needed a late check out in ‘emergency, ‘and there was no problem✅🙏😉 The microwave and mini fridge were Nice amenities!! On-site parking is a big plus😇 The downside was there is no bar or any place to hang out, once the kids are in bed.🙄 Overall, when you take into consideration the price, the size of the room, microwave and mini fridge, and on-site parking, and Wonderful Housekeeping staff… It is really an excellent and affordable place to stay!!! We had a Great Time🙏😇 Bless…

We appreciated that the front desk was able to move us around so we were close together and the bottle of water given each guest, but we ended up in rooms next to a bar with a private event and it was really loud. Luckily, it didn't go into the wee hours of the night. It was nice enough and I'm not opposed to staying there again, but I'd rather spend more on a different place.

Room was okay but outdated. Roof top was closed due to repairs. Price was too expensive

Pretty run down

The staff and the location of the property were good. The interior of the hotel is clean but the rooms and elevator are very dark. Also, at night there can be a problem with some homeless people gathering close to the property.

Overall experience was good. Staffs were friendly. But if you need a luggage storage you have to pay which most hotels offer you for free. The room is pretty nice sized for NYC. Bathroom was clean and modern. I love the water pressure but hot water could take a little bit of time to heat up. Housecleaning is in the afternoon which I find a bit strange since most hotels will do housecleaning in the morning when people would go out but it was fine since we’re going out during that time anyway. The room is not soundproof at all. We could hear people talking in hallway and people in the room beside me snoring. Rather than that, it was a pretty decent hotel for the price.

Staff friendly & helpful

Hotel accommodations were nice and everything was clean and well organized but the property is definitely in need of some cosmetic renovations and replacement of fixtures. It was very visually obvious that some repairs were not done properly.

Great food options in the area.

I travel to NY regularly and this is in a great location because it's a few blocks away from Times Square so you don't get the noise but a short walk. It is more neighborhood than touristy with several stores and restaurants across the street and down the block. Also very safe. Front desk was very helpful. Would definitely return.
