We always love staying at the virgin. The staff and amenities never disappoint.

Overall, the property was beautiful, clean, well layed out. It has a variety of restaurants to eat at. The casino was great! It was quieter than other casinos, which made it more relaxing. The Strip was a short car ride away. We would definitely come back here to stay!

Amazing place to stay

Off the strip but close enough to everything. Not as busy. If you prefer the typical strip energy maybe another hotel would serve you better.

Hands down one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. Very beautiful and well maintained. Definitely recommend staying there.

Clean air

I was only here for a couple of nights, but I would definitely stay again. I only have two small criticisms. First, the property is touted as non-smoking, but apparently that doesn't include the casino part, which you have to walk through to get to the check-in and to the front doors. That being said, it wasn't overwhelmingly smoky. I'm just super sensitive because of a plethora of allergies. I wouldn't say this is a deterrent unless you have a major medical concern. Second, Read everything carefully before touching anything in your room! There's a tray of things that are part of the mini bar, but if you pick something up (the romance kit) to see what it is, you will be charged for it. There's an electronic sensor and a teeny sign that's easy to miss. Bless the front desk staff member who laughed along with me and said the charge would be waived. He said everyone moves that particular item (and it’s expensive!) So be aware of that! Aside from that, it was a great stay. The room was clean and super comfortable, and relatively quiet. The hotel itself was easy to navigate once you're acclimated. Staff is helpful and friendly, which made addressing concerns less anxiety inducing. It's a great distance from the airport and car rental places, with lots of conveniences nearby or a super short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good and friendly

Our bikes were stolen and car was scratched - hotel has very poor security. Anyone can get into pool area or hotel - saw homeless enter bell hop baggage storage - terrible experience
