The service clerk came down around 3 am when we checked in and was very nice. The place was easy to get to. Beds were comfortable. Only complaints are the ac unit was noisy and the shower handle fell off.

There was no coffee pot in the room or on the entire property and no front desk available in the morning at all. You could smell cigarette smoke in Elevators and down the halls. would not recommend this place to anyone. Left whiskey in freezer and they through the whole bottle away.

The Front desk was helpful however it was locked up so I was unable to check out til 11am. The place smelled of mold, weed, and mildew. The rooms had roaches which is disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Wasn't sure what I was expecting at the price. However I can say that I didn't expect to arrive to find a bed on a metal frame that moved every time you did. The room is clean but to what standards. I'm pretty sure this place is used by long term customers meaning they are there for a while. There is no "lobby" per say and the entrance doesn't even look like an entrance. All other entry locations had tables for the smokers which were all occupied. People were in the parking lot drinking. Maybe I'm spoiled but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I find it very odd that for the condition of the property, and the cost of the property, that there were not more amenities offered. Ive paid less and there has been a breakfast offered. I was informed by front desk staff that therenis none. I do not recommend this hotel.

From the start, my experience with this hotel was unusual. While booking online, the site noted the front office would close at 10 PM. Since I was arriving closer to midnight, I called ahead and was told check-in at any time would be fine. However, during that call and again upon arrival, I was reminded no less than four times that check-out was strictly at 11 AM. I respect the policy, but the repeated emphasis felt excessive. We arrived around 1:00 AM just looking to rest before continuing our trip. Unfortunately, around 6:00 AM, we were abruptly woken by the sound of water. It was raining, and we discovered a significant ceiling leak near the window. The floor was soaked, and the noise woke up my entire family. We called the front desk for help, but no one answered. Later, when we spoke with the staff, there was little acknowledgment of the issue. No room change was offered, no assistance provided, and not even a partial refund suggested for the clear disruption. It felt as though our concerns were brushed aside. All we wanted was a safe, clean place to sleep—but instead, we were left frustrated and tired. The condition of the room only added to our disappointment. It was outdated and clearly hadn’t been renovated in decades. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this hotel to others.

When we arrived we were told we didnt have a room even tho they had our name. Blamed it on a third party that wasnt supposed to be taking room reservations because of a water main break. When we asked for a refund on our card we were told there was nothing the hotel could do because we booked thru a 3rd party.
