I found WoodSpring Suites to be great. It was clean, nice room, loved having small kitchen area, it saved me from having to go out for meals. The staff was very friendly and courteous this time I stayed. The first time I stayed the young girl at the desk was not very friendly, and I hesitated coming back again because of her. But this time the woman at the desk was wonderful. Was very impressed with the security you have in place and I felt I was safe. Thank you!

The night staff were helpful and welcoming. When we arrived for our stay, we walked in and the room was filthy. We personally had to buy items to clean our room. The water in the shower and sink, ran with rust in it when you turned it on, clearly never have been cleaned. The floors were sticky. It could have been a comfortable stay but not for that high of a price for an unkept room. And the floor smelled of trash and smoke, when it’s supposed to be non smoking. It’s a good location and with the holidays close enough to travel where you need to go. Just very high price for a week.

People smoking inside, clearly no one is getting charged for it, the carpet inside elevator was extra dirty. Some people had dogs inside their rooms, I wasn't not aware of that being allowed. Stuff was friendly tho. Oh, and like literally 3 towels in the bathroom, 3 old ones, clean but old.

Liked the room thermostat although too hot upon arrival, Checkin staff evening good. Morning employee for checkout not pleasant and welcoming. Found a Roach in my bathroom. Not happy with that. Also room was non smokers, but floor smelled like smokers on floor .

Lady that worked in the afternoon was very rude. Gentleman who worked night shift was at least helpful. There was people in the back door who made us feel uncomfortable, I don’t even think they were guests. They looked homeless. There was a mix up between the hotel and Expedia where only gave me 1 bed for 6 PEOPLE!! LOL. Hotel smelled and cigarettes and marijuana . Never again. stay away

Room was not ready. Kitchenette missing everything except 1 knife and one spoon. No hangers or laundry basket. First two television remotes did not work properly and television had two hazy blotches on screen. Have stayed here around a dozen times over the past few years and have never had this many things missing or in disrepair in a room upon check-in.
