Great they were able to accommodate us and change our room. Overall the hotel is great and in a great location. Not a noisy area and had no problems sleeping in. Free water bottles to go and the coffee machines made great coffee.

Very nice staff! Amazing location in downtown, easy walk to WTC and Financial District. Subway very close by. Rooms are always clean, this was my third time staying here. Great views!

A pre-authorisation was taken from my card at check-in, and the funds were subsequently charged without any prior notice or valid reason. Despite my attempts to resolve this, email responses have been slow, and nearly two weeks after check-out the money has still not been returned.

Booked king, got 2 twins. Wafer thin walls hearing neighbors fight and slam doors 6am in the morning. Bathroom/shower clean with some mold in places. Overall would never call this 4*

I was disappointed that I paid for a larger room and when we got there I was informed “first come first serve” despite paying for the room weeks in advance. The next day the manager Carlos was helpful in changing our room but I wasn’t given a refund on the difference of the smaller room on the first night. Very disappointed. I will not be staying there again.
