The rooms were dated and bathrooms were in bad condition.

The room was in great shape. The AC was ice cold. Could use better pillows.

Good, affordable and close to Ft Jackson for Graduations. You can most definitely tell at one point the hotel was up and hopping, hopefully it will be back to that condition one day.

It was very comforting after long drive my grandson loved the pool and breakfast was a plus

Our stay at this hotel was utterly unacceptable and a complete waste of time and money. The housekeeping department failed to clean our room even once during our entire stay. Despite our repeated requests for refills of the empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles, the only action taken was to move us to another room due to a clogged shower that emitted a foul odor. Even after this relocation, we were still left without soap and shampoo refills. The room was filthy, and the bathroom door was covered in questionable stains and dried-up fluid. While I don’t have exceptionally high standards, this level of neglect is intolerable. I paid for a stay in a place that was FALSELY advertised on your website. This hotel should uphold the standards it claims to offer

Pretty quiet place. Hotel room bathrooms were a bit smaller than I thought, and a bit dirty when we got there. Bed sheets were fine, the room had ac, sufficient shower items, and staff were nice.

Our stay was great but the slim housekeeper that has her hair shaved and is of an elderly age knocked on our door twice at 1120 although our checkout was at 12 and we had settled that time at 8 am. The first knock we told her we checkout at 12 and she rolled her eyes and walked away. The second time my husband opened the door told her the same thing and did the same action. Lol how rude but tahts thr world we live in. Very unpleasant lady.

Bathroom was dirty with pink all around the tub. They never cleaned the room while I was gone but seamed to throw soap on the counter and left a sewage smelling puddle of water in the bathroom on the floor.

I really enjoy everything wasn't to please on price but it was worthwhile

The sitting area outside the front door is a mess. It definitely needs cleaning & updating. A used coffee cup sat in the computer area for my entire stay as well as coffee spill on the floor by the steps going to the breakfast area.

Room smelled like urine. Black mold on the ceiling, AC grille and tub drain. Paper thin walls let you hear the neighbor’s TV until 2am. Rooms look nothing like the photos. Basically a slightly upgraded version of a no-tell motel. Never again. Total dump.

The sink wouldnt drain unless you forced it manually because the plunger wasn't attached. Couldn't run water in bathtub. Shower just came straight on. Roach on my toothbrush. Breakfast was cold!!

The whole hotel was dirty. There was a funky smell when you walked into the hotel and another funky smell when you walked into the room. The bathroom was dirty and overall the hotel was not at all what we expected for a Wyndam. The breakfast had no flavor, although there were lots of choices. All together a disappointing couple of nights.
