I nearly didn't stay due to reviews but I am glad I did. Value for money, this is a great stay. It's not upmarket, but it's quiet, clean and comfortable - perfect for the convention center. Probably one of the best value businesses stays I have had in the US (and there've been a lot).

I’ve had an amazing extended stay at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. The location is peaceful and beautifully landscaped the scenery outside truly adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, the hotel is quiet, and it’s conveniently located near shopping and dining options.
What really stands out is the staff, especially Edita at the front desk. She is incredibly kind, professional, and helpful every single day. Her welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and scenic place to stay with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this property.

Wallpaper was torn in the hallway going to the room. Closet doors were off the tracks. Smallest bar of soap I have ever seen. The body wash bottle was left over from the previous guest and was empty. The toilet would not flush unless I covered the reservoir and jiggled the mechanism. There was no TV remote in the room, the replacement did not work, finally someone from the front desk brought another and got the TV working. The hotel needs some TLC. Certainly not worth a four-star rating.

Hotel staff was nice. The place is more modern inside than out, but the renovations are definitely showing wear and tear. Little stuff like lights burnt out in the elevators, scratches down the hallway walls, etc. Our first night we had difficulty sleeping because of the noisy elevator. They promptly relocated us upon request, so props on that. There's no breakfast of any kind offered and the pool was still closed and covered and we stayed in the end of July.

The front desk people were very nice, but the room had much to be desired. Old carpet, sticky bathroom floor, just didn't feel clean. The beds were old, mattresses could definitely be replaced as well as the towels. Definitely overpriced for what we got, but grateful we at least had a place to sleep.

The staff was and hotel were absolutely horrible. First they said our credit card kept declining but I was able to get cash out of they’re atm, then we were supposed to get our $75 back at out check out and the said we only paid $60. Refused to give us the rest even after showing them our receipt that we had the manager sign to say we paid in cash. Other people staying there were having the same problem. The room was filthy, absolutely disgusting. I will never stay there ever and I would advise nobody to stay there. If I could have argued a refund I sure would. It was a nightmare.

The bed was not at all comfortable and the tub stopper did not stop the water from draining wanted to soak in the tub but couldn’t not to mention the drapes do not fully shut out the morning light so I wasn’t able to get a good rested night I will not be returning

Fridge froze all our drinks we had just purchased. Bed was good. Bathroom good but shower/tub VERY slick. That needs attention quickly. As with most hotels, it’s time for renovation. Things were clean but dated.

The staff were great. The place was clean. The furnishings, old and needing replaced. The pool was very much closed. The window curtain was speckled with holes and the shower curtain definitely needed replaced. The cost to stay here wasn’t much so I can’t complain. Free parking is great.

Broken sink, missing soap, few towels, scratch up walls, stains on ceiling, noisy guests, air conditioner was squealing all night, and turned off sounding like a squeaky door. Not enjoyable nor relaxing at all. Good location, poor condition, bad management of building and operation.

The view from the room was quite nice, very tranquil with walking paths and ponds. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators were briefly out of service, but were repaired very quickly.
The gym facilites looked promising but most of the cable systems have been heavily abused by previous guests, so most of the fitness center was not usable. The fitness center has a lot of potential - I would stay again, but hopefully the gym will be fixed by then.

We came from out if town and choose this hotel because of the amenities that were offered on the website. We arrived and the pool was filthy green color with a tarp over it and we weren't even told it was not working at check in. The TV in the room was stuck on HDMI and when i inquired about it, they could not fix it and said maintenance would come fix it. We waited 3 days and it still was not fixed. I asjed to be moved to a different room or be given another TV and was told they could not do it. Upon check out i let them know that i needed to be compensated for everything that was wrong and still not fixed. They said they just purchased the property 15 days ago and did not have time to fix all the issues. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back. Do not book a room at this hotel, you will be very disappointed.
