It was a nice hotel and have a store to make it convenient to buy whatever as needed something to eat after going to Disney. I didn’t like the fact I was misinformed about the shuttle to get to Disney park. I booked the hotel due to offering of shuttle to the parks. We totally didn’t get to use that perks of transportation and I’m very disappointed that the staff didn’t even felt sorry that we had to take the Lyft going to and back from the Disney parks. We even stayed 2 nights knowing that we won’t have to worry about getting transportation.

The hotel had so much to offer for mothers on Mothers Day... they gave us a rose and a gift bag when we went down for our free breakfast! My kids loved the kids corner and pools.. The only thing that was off was the room felt damp: the carpet and the blankets for some reason. The halls had a funny smell the higher you went in the building.

Too noisy, not for business stay, kids were running around since 6am, slamming doors. A dog was left inside room which barked and barked. If you are staying for a business trip, this is not the place to stay at.

I stayed in 6th floor and they started construction on rooftop at 7am in morning for 2 days. First day we complained about it they ignored the request. Next day same issue, manager was very rough about the situation not offering an apology or professional assistance… Noise stopped around 9 am. I saw no mention or discount for the problem… honestly one of the worst experiences i’ve had to sleep OK.. Not a great stay. Hallways for the entire week were very noisy due to large groups staying and teens talking for the entire night every single day!

Property was gross. Rooms outdated and unkept. Service was very poor. I asked for an extra blabket and towel TWICE in the span of an hour and neither arrived. When i checked in, i was told that they "dint have a king bed available," and that I'd have to be in a queen. When i advised them that i had reserved the king room over 3 MONTHS AGO...miraculously, a king-sized bedroom became available. The breakfast bar was $22 and tasted like $2. If they paid ME to stay here for 5 days...i wouldn't do it. Between the games, poor service and run-down room, I wouldn't suggest ataying here for even your pet donkey.

The hotel is very dirty and old . My room was dirty when we arrived the carpet was not vacuumed the hallways were chipped paint and carpet was dirty and not swept. To top it off there were german cockroaches crawling in our room at night . I reported this to the front desk and was told we have no control over that ? What ? Only good thing was the breakfast service and staff were great. I do not recommend this place . Totally misrepresented on Hotels.com website .

El check in facil de hacer, en la noche se escuchaba claramente hasta lo que el cuarto de arriba hablaba y el pasillo, lo demas limpio pero destaco que en la ducha no habia puerta y se salia todo, tuvimos que poner toallas que fueron reemplazadas automaticamente

Checking in, the surroundings was so loud you can't hear at check in. There seemed to be some confusion on the price at check in especially when they hit you with a deposit that I knew nothing of. but my favorite was a sign at 530 am saying back in 15 minutes for checkout and still no one there to check you out to return keys or to ask questions one hour later. having the elevator go out of service when booked on 6th floor. no call just a sign to find the service elevator which was very noisy and riggty.

Hotel was in a great location for going to the theme parks. Also, in a high traffic/tourist area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Very disappointed in the out dated halls/rooms for a Holiday Inn. It did appear they may have just purchased the hotel from another chain and were actively working on updates. The lobby and pools were fantastic. However, the air condition was broke in our hall upon arrival but they quickly fixed it by end of day. The room safe did not work. Our room key cards stopped working twice. Ice machine did not work on floor and had to find one on the main level or go to bar for ice.
