Property is in need of some repairs. There are signs stating, no smoking, yet the hallway smelled like marijuana the whole time we were there. They need to enforce the rules if they are going go post it.

Property was in a good location but a bit warn. Ice machines were not on every floor and several times I had to go to 3 different floors because the first 2 floors I tried ran out of ice. They also charge for early checkin, late check out and storing bags. They claim to offer complimentary 2 bag storage with their “robot” but that never worked so we had to check our bags for $3 per bag.

The check in was self serve and there were hidden fees so required to pay an additional 48$ on top of what was charged by hotels.com. The AC and lights were not working in my room when it was 100 degrees outside and about 90 degrees in the room. I waited over an hour for them to try to fix it but they were not able to. The staff insisted there were no other rooms but several people said they made new reservations and checked in during the time I was waiting. I had to go to another hotel

My stay was lovely at Yotel it was near target and popular trendy foods that where 3 mins walks away or 10 and the comfort on the bed is a wow it’s so cozy and comfy and the AC is my fav thing there it kept me cool deffo coming back to this hotel when I’m back in nyc ❤️❤️

Got it! Here’s the updated review with that detail added: ⸻ I had a great stay at YOTEL Times Square! The hotel was very modern, which I really liked — sleek design and cool tech features made the experience feel elevated. The room was in great condition overall, aside from some minor paint chipping on the wall. It was the perfect size for one person. Housekeeping came in daily, keeping everything clean and fresh. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Remote didn’t work but they brought a new one, adjustable bed didn’t work, towel warmer didn’t work, no air dryer but they brought us one. Shower leaked. Overall not bad, just a bit aged. Located close to Javits so very convenient. Felt safe

This hotel is disgusting.. there’s hair everywhere and the room seems like it hasn’t been clean or updated in forever. I’m so upset. I spent $400 on a 4 star hotel and it seems like it should be considered a 2 star hotel if that.

Hotel is okay located in a nice location. Room 1534 needs a renovation as soon as possible on certain areas. I had a last minute change of plans and will be checking in next day of my arrival day, i let the hotel know thru text message and when i arrive to the hotel they run my reservation as a No Show. Sarge at the Front Desk was able to help me to reinstate me back but i had the feeling that he was kinda mad because of my late arrival when i let them know thru text messages. Hotel is okay but to be honest i would not stay here again.
